I’ve had 4 of my children go here from infant level to grade school level and they all love this place. Two of my children are currently attending and I must say we absolutely adore Woodcreek kindercare. The quality of care is amazing. They teach them, play with them and do so many different activities. I am very particular about who I will leave my children with and I am able to drop them off here with ease knowing they will be well taken care of.

The worst of the worst centers!! The laziest most unprofessional people work here I will say EXCEPT for Ms. Nicole I'd like to start by complementing her for being the only one at this facility that genuinely cares for the kids. She should definitely be the director. Now my son attended Woodcreek for a few months from the begging I always got a "I don't want to be here" attitude from the director. She is very unprofessional and you can tell she's in it for the money not because she cares. My son got bit everyday for a month and multiple times after that. One or two bites I'm fine with they are toddler. But when it's multiple back to back I start to question the adult supervision. After addressing my concerns multiple times to the director all she kept telling me was "it's age appropriate." "We're working with the parents." My son kept coming home with bites and if you look at the pictures they are pretty deep meaning that kid was on there for a good time before anyone did anything. My sons dad was really upset and called the director she threatened to kick my son out of the facility if we took further actions and made reports. I decided to remove my son from this center. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear from here I am currently going through a report against them with licensing.

I've been part of the KinderCare family for 6 years. I've been to three different centers and this is by far the worst one. They're lazy. My daughter attended school for 3 days here no sign in or out sheet was provided until the last day.. 2 out of the 3 days my daughter went to here she was crying on the ground alone, one of the times she had no clothes on. I would never recommend this kindercare.. If your looking for a kindercare that truly cares about your babies I'd definitely recommend Stanford ranch kindercare. Miss Monica and Miss Tara have always made us feel welcome and have loved all three of my kids!

This review is simply because of one teacher, Ms. Nicole in the Toddler room.My husband and I have 1 little girl who started at kindercare when she was 7 weeks old. (I started working there as well) i needed to get back to work as i was facing severe post-partum depression. But i also struggled with not trusting a single person with my child.During my daughters first year at KK she faced many illnesses i.e. RSV, Pneumonia, hand foot and mouth, croup, and countless ear infections that resulted in ear tube surgery at 9 months old. I wanted to pull her out many many times due to seeing her tiny body dealing with so much but everyone told me to wait it out and it will get better. So we did. When she turned 1 she moved to the Toddler room. We were very hesitant as she was still on a bottle and 2 naps a day. Ms. Nicole reassured us over and over again that we will try our best to transition to one nap and no bottles but if she needs the nap they will send her to the baby room and met that need. The transition wasnt easy and took a couple weeks but she finally made the transition! ThankfullyMs. Nicole also fills up my email everyday with pictures! Tons and tons of pictures of my daughter doing art EVERYDAY! outside play, napping, different curriculum projects, sensory projects, etc! They have at least 10 other kids in that room everyday but makes me feel like my daughter is her number one priority and that melts my heart! MY #1 REASON FOR WRITING THIS REVIEW:Eariler i mentioned that my daughter had to get tubes because of all the ear infections. The doctor said that shes going to be behind on speech because her hearing was so bad. Well at 16months old she was still only saying 1 word and by this time we started her in speech therapy. We were growing concerned about her verbally and shared our concerns with Ms. Nicole. She said she would help with encouraging words and also help by using sign language! (Again she goes above and beyond).Last week i received a message in the KK app (see attached) saying not only have they seen a difference, but they listed some words she was saying AND attached videos of her saying them! I ugly cried at work! She doesnt know what this meant to us! The fact that she took mine and my husbands concerns and worries and help meet our daughter special needs, i dont think i could ever repay her. Seriously an angel and we will forever be grateful for her walking into our baby girls life!Ms. Nicole if you ever see this, you deserve so much! Seeing you work with all of those tiny babies everyday is commendable! You pour your heart out day after day and it shows! Your a blessing and a HUGE part of the success in that center! My son has been attending for a handful of months now. I honestly love how well cared for he is and that it is one less thing I need to worry about. As a mom you always worry, but knowing how genuine the teachers and staff at at Woodcreek KinderCare are makes things much easier on my mama heart. I couldn’t choose or ask for a better childcare facility and always appreciate the things they do to help our family and son. Each day my son is welcomed and he loves going there. He loves his friends and his teachers. We will continue to utilize them for the many years to come

I started my twins here in March of 2020; the first few weeks were great but unfortunately with the onset of the Covid pandemic we decided to keep them home for about 4 months. They were kind enough to hold our spots and when we were ready to come back in July they welcomed us back with open arms. Since then my sons have progressed so much and really enjoy their time at Kindercare. The staff is experienced and knowledgeable. They have great communication with my family about the activities and goals for each month. They are also open and upfront about any problems or issues that may arise (one of my sons was a biter for awhile) and they worked hard to help get things back on track. They are caring and affectionate with the children and my sons barely say goodbye to me at drop off these days. They look forward to their time at Kindercare. Highly recommended!

I love this place! I've always been a fan of Kindercare and this by far has been the best one for my two boys. They are all great but this place is bigger, very clean, and you can tell they genuinely love the children they teach. They also always have good snacks for them when they leave everyday. My boys have learned so much and have become such better men it's crazy. To be honest, the price is a bit high but i'm not going to knock off a star over something they have no real control over considering childcare is high everywhere. Overall I would definitely recommend.

My son has been going to Woodcreek KinderCare for a few months at a time since he was four months old. I can honestly say this is one of the best daycares you will find around. The staff is the most amazing group of people you will find anywhere, always warm and welcoming. They have been so loving, caring and patient with my little one through the different phases of his childhood. When he's happy and jolly, a little sad and crunky, sensitive, etc. He's learnt a lot of developmental skills too. I am yet to learn every teacher's name but to the entire team, to Ms. Melissa, Ms. Catie, Ms. Veronica, Ms.Sharee, Ms. Linda, Ms. Isabel, Ms. Tanya, Ms. Martha and to all the rest, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! I love Woodcreek KinderCare!

The best place ever my oldest daughter went here and is now 21 and now my 3 year old goes here and they both learn so much quickly and the staff was amazing then and is still amazing now and Kinder care is very convenient with my work schedule not to many places are open by 6 am or 6:30 am .Thank u kinder care my family appreciates u .
