Today is the Sunday morning. I couldn’t imagine… I spent almost two hours here today choosing products(!) Then I just wanted to pay, but it's not possible to do that from my phone(!). And they only accept debit cards. The ATM doesn't work either. They just stole two hours of my time. I am very disappointed.
They just stole my time, 2 hours of my Sunday and there is no accountability for it.

Great place to shop for groceries and save some money over the other grocery stores around. Just don't forget your debit card, no credit cards accepted here.

Being 19 and homeless has already been incredibly hard on me as I’ve lost everything around me in a blink of an eye, all I have left for myself is my van and my boyfriend. We were parked here for a while and nobody told us that wasn’t aloud, it’s a 24 hour parking lot and we have seen many people parking there a few days at a time. Never got a written or verbal warning. All the the staff was absolutely amazing, especially those in the night shift. This morning I was woken up by being yelled at by a supervisor or regional manager or somebody, saying “YOU CANT PARK HERE OVERNIGHT ANYMORE, AND I NEED YOU TO MOVE RIGHT NOW” which was not only scary to be approached in your sleep but also to be yelled at when you didn’t know something was wrong. Also he had two other people with him that seemed to be managers or higher up staff standing with him, so not only was it scary it was absolutely embarrassing. The way he handled it was awful, made us feel horribly although we use their business to eat everyday, have given almost every penny we have to surviving off of their products and that’s how they treated us. There were much better ways of approaching it, and 100000% could’ve been nicer about the situation as we are obviously people that are struggling. I understand you have a business to run but that’s not the way to do it. It’s a 24 hour parking lot, we did nothing to damage or harm the property, we haven’t bothered anybody, we shouldn’t be treated like animals begging for food. If you had nowhere to go, what would you do..?

My mom just got home from Roseville winco, she was trying to get bread for my dad who is doing chemo, he cannot eat anything except bread.
My mom asked the lady to give her some bread, the lady who works in the bread department was really rude.
She got mad because my mom said the last piece of bread looked old and wierd, my mom wanted a new one that the lady was putting in the bags to restock.
The lady was rude, the employee got mad, she removed all the bread and said to my mom "no bread for you today" my mom talked to 2 managers who did absolutely nothing. They just shrugged their shoulders.
At this point corporate has been contacted and these people will be dealth with according.
This is not now you do customer service and regardless of what comments people say to you, you do not say something like no bread for you today to a paying customer, I agree with my mom, we are not in a communist country to get scrap bread.
To the bread lady, that was unprofessional and rude, especially to someone who is on chemo, who cannot eat anything except bread.
You do not discriminate someone because of an accent either.
I am very disappointed with winco for hiring unprofessional people, we never had this kind of experience or issue before.
Disappointed, disgusted at the level of service at winco, at this point I will take my business elsewhere.
