I wish zero stars was an option. If you often run late you might like working with this jeweler, as he works out of an office by appointment only and is frequently late. He doesn't finish items on time as promised.

I wish zero stars was an option. If you often run late you might like working with this jeweler, as he works out of an office by appointment only and is frequently late. He doesn't finish items on time as promised. The last time we met he forged a receipt that he stated he mailed to me. My husband pointed out the date was only 10 days prior and the receipt was for something purchased three years prior. When my husband pressed the issue and I asked for a copy or to take a photo, he admitted he had just made the receipt. When buying jewelry it's important to trust the person you're dealing with, it's hard to trust a jeweler who forged receipts.
