We have been customers with Wells Fargo for nearly 10 years and anytime we requested temporary checks the tellers would waive the fees even at this Sierra College location. However this new young lady gives an insulting attitude and says she cannot issue such waivers to customers because it would be wrong and everyone else who has issued waivers were wrong to do so. Asked to speak to her manager said they were out for two weeks. So where’s the so-called personal relationship with long-time WF customers? What a way to treat your loyal customers. Time to consider moving to another bank.

I personally have had no issues with this branch and appreciate the kind and friendly staff. Every time I have come to make and transactions they always have friendly conversations make me feel like this is not just a "get this over with as quickly as possible" experience. Oh, one more thing...I'm usually in and out of this bank in less than 5 min. Typically it's about 2 or 3 minutes. Thank you staff and management for being here and providing a fine banking environment.

I read the comments so I knew going in my experience would not be pleasant from the start needless to say this is just smith comment agreeing with everyone else stay away from this bank and all banks in general they will take your money!!!

I’ve been cashing and instantly depositing the same checks for 10+ years (so that everything is available right away). This is the only branch that consistently gives me wrong info and won’t do what every other branch has been doing for over 10 years. I try not to come here but once in a while I’m next door and decide to give them another shot. Instead of trying to find a solution, they are perfectly fine making me go to another branch to get my business done. Their customer service always leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

Run run run away from this Premier branch. Zero customer service, wait times are way beyond what should be considered normal. Wells Fargo pays $$$$$$ in fees to the government for a reason. Scary business model. Breathing is the only requirement to get hired.

I’m so grateful to the staff at this branch, especially Ken who was so friendly and went out of his way to help me meet my deadline for closing on my first home purchase. This is probably the only Wells Fargo branch that I truly feel offered exceptional client services and I’ll be going out of my way to come here for all my future WF banking needs. The most wonderful bank I have ever been to! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I’m always in and out and if I have to wait due to it being a Friday pay day, it’s no more than 5-10 minutes. Great customer service and just all around wonderful people.
