Banker was rude and condescending. Completely unknowledgeable in legal paperwork and just wrong answers
What a waste of time. Wells fargo is not what they were and i'm leaving.

Had the best experience today! Signed up for my first credit card today super nervous!! But the amazing bank associate, Estella, was nice and pleasant and made me feel so good about how I started this new chapter in my life and I will definitely be back. 100% recommend this location!

It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with someone at the branch. In the 10 years this has been my local branch, I have never been able to reach them over the phone. I do not think they actually answer the phone.

I would give a 0 if I could. Wells Fargo is literally one of the worst banks ever. Do you want to call to ask a question that will take 2 mins? Yeah no they don't answer their phones bc they are lazy. I had to go into a branch to ask a question and get an answer to that took 2 mins. When I went in there was people just on the computer with no one inside, I guess they don't hire people who can multitask. I wouldn't recommend that piece of shit

Don't try to stop in on your lunch hour! Apparently the brain trust at this bank thinks it's more important that THEIR EMPLOYEES get their lunch breaks around noon than it is to make sure they have coverage for their actual customers. One teller and a line out the door. So are they incompetent at their job, or do they just not care about reasonable customer service?

I’m sitting in Wells Fargo right now. After being ignored for half an hour I called customer service. I need to see a banker due to a 500.00 discrepancy. As I’m sitting here I’m looking for a new bank which includes my business account.

So , welds Fargo at foothills is a joke , long lines not enough staff and so forth , now the wood creek location add to this . They don’t even have tellers to do transactions and this been going on days now . I am so disappointed with this financial institution calls itself a bank . We are in age that you can’t even go to bank and have your financial needs met . It’s time to bail this institution. I am sure there is other alternatives than this fiasco bank !

Came in at 11am on a Saturday was told the lady that could help us add my wife to my account has a 1130 appointment but if they don't show up we will be seen so we wait and no 1130 shows and at 1148 bank lady leaves knowing we were waiting.

Horrible service!!! Worst bank EVER!! 2 tellers and 5 people in line! 2 people at tellers took 20 min a piece to finish transaction. 3rd teller sitting there doing nothing but wouldn't open line!! Terrible customer service!!!
