“We have been shopping with Ben Bridge since 1997. As we moved north, we found ourselves near Roseville. Eddie has been working with us on a very special piece of jewelry. It has taken many weeks to figure out exactly what I wanted. She was extremely patient and consistent. Once we figured out what I was looking for, Eddie helped create a ring that is extremely unique and special. We are so happy with this ring that we decided to get another as our newest wedding set. “I came in to buy a silver chain for some agate stones I purchased on Etsy and Heather was the most welcoming, helpful and enjoyable person I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She suggested the most perfect adjustable silver chain and even had her jeweler remove the jump ring and attach the stones for me. It was ready so quickly and truly everything was perfection. The whole staff is amazing, I look forward to my next visit hopefully soon!!”

“My daughter finally got her ears pierced at this location and the worker was great! I think her name was Kat, but she was sensitive to my daughter being a little nervous, and everything was very sanitary. The new earrings are already set in the track that attaches to the tool for the actual piercing so the earring itself isn't touched by hands. She wiped down the counter and laid down paper towels. Cleaned the ears and consulted me when she was placing the guide dot with the marker. She also made sure we knew about the cleaning steps and told me to watch for embedding. The earrings are also loose in her ears to keep that from happening. Very good experience here. (Went on June 30th)”

I have an Armani Exchange watch that doesn't fit me (made by Fossil). He pointed me in the right direction for getting a replacement band. Very little for his shop, but took the extra step to take care of me.”
“They are great very friendly and they repair glasses. My son had a difficult break I couldn't get replaced anywhere he snapped the metal hinge on his glass in half. They fixes it like brand new and it only took and hour. I highly recommend them.”
