MJ was nice and patient with me in terms of helping me get my prescription filled. She reached out to other locations to find someone who could help me out I appreciate her work ethic.

Maria was extremely rude. I called multiple times to confirm my prescription was ready. I called at 10am, and 12pm. Both times I was told they would be ready for pick up by 1pm. At 1:15 I arrived to pick them up. Joy was rude in telling me that I didn’t have prescriptions here they were at CVS. I informed her I called and verified they were here and to please check again. At that time Maria came over and started to argue with me that I did not call, even when I showed her my call history on my phone were I talked to them for over 10min to confirm. She ended the conversation telling me to ask “God” when my prescription will be ready because she did not know. I have filled a complaint with the CA board of Pharmacist. God should not be brought up in conversations such as this.

Had an issue with my daughter's prescription the pharmacist called me back and She get in touch with my daughter insurance company and got everything straightened out within 20 minutes saving us $109 the pharmacist at this location went above and beyond only use them once but was a pleasure

They were very accommodating when I called regarding my prescription. It had been over the 8 days they allow the prescription to wait for a customer pickup. She said it would be removed immediately and available to pick up in an hour. The pharmacist thoroughly explained the prescription and asked if I had any questions.

If I could give this NEGATIVE stars I would. I am absolutely blown away about how awful this pharmacy treats their customers. I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for almost 5 years and every time they give me trouble, treat me like garbage and talk to me in the most condescending tone. They always say they need to call my doctors for pre authorization, they refuse to fill my prescriptions when they've been the same for years. They make it difficult for me to maintain my medication schedule. They refuse to help in any way, refuse to get me to management and when I asked to speak to someone they told me to call 1-800-Walmart when I specifically asked to talk to their regional manager. Annie, was the name given to me. No help, the other pharmacist completely treated this with zero respect. I honestly have zero idea how these women are employed in such an important field of work. So if you want to be treated like garbage, questioned constantly and inappropriately about your condition and then told in the most condescending tones that you can't be helped and pushed away this is the pharmacy for you. All they did was throw the 1-800-Walmart number at me and walk away. I hope someone does something about this pharmacy because this is definitely not okay! I called and filed a Hippa Complaint. I am honestly disgusted by this pharmacy. Don't take your business here.

Their grocery pick up is the absolute worst! The order is never ready during the designated time and when it is ready for pick up, it takes at least a half hour for them to bring it out to you! They will also bring out orders to people that came after you! There is no excuse for the poor service!

Called ahead to make sure the prescription was available in liquid form for my son. Verified the price and that good RX is accepted. Verified EVERYTHING again at drop off. Quoted 20 min, was closer to 45 and they doubled the milligrams for my child and didn't notice or tell me! I noticed because they doubled the price and I realized the milligrams was wrong immediately. Now we were told "5" min to correct their mistake and 15 min later it's ready and the price is an issue now. It's almost double the price I confirmed twice. Never coming here again.

I took my car here to get the headlamp bulb replaced. The dealership wanted $160 for a diagnostic. I called Walmart and they told me what bulbs I could choose from. Very professional staff, answered all my questions,and were patient. The cost to install the bulb was $7!!! I thought I heard wrong. The dealership charged me $106 to install my headlamp bulb (last time). I am so thankful that Walmart was able to replace my headlamp bulb for a lot less. They told me what was wrong with my headlamp for free! No $160 diagnostic. Walmart has a loyal customer. I tell everyone to come to Walmart. Thank you everyone at Walmart Auto. I don't know why but Walmart Pharmacy is the only place I could post this review. I also got a referral to get my headlight housing replaced! Thanks again Walmart Auto!!! Next review Five Star Auto.

Absolute idiots, they bumbled my prescription every time I've been there thank. God I don't need heart medicine or I would be dead by now
