Stopped by the store to pick up cold medication for my son at 9:45 pm on Sunday. The associate saw me walk up to the store and she locked the doors and walked away before I could say or signal anything . I checked the time when I got back into my car it was 9:46pm. Their sign on the door states that they close at 10pm. Well I guess they don’t want my business so I will be shopping at Safeway across the street from now on for medication.

This pharmacy needs to do better with vaccine administration. My mother had a 10:30 a.m. appointment for a vaccine. It's now 11:40 a.m. and no one came out to tell us that the pharmacist is running late/behind. This pharmacy is unprofessional. We're leaving.

This store is alright but for some reason every time I go there, the fridges arent working... making this a location i wont be visiting anymore because im tired of wasting my time. i might as well just go to safeway where I know the fridges are always working. Will update if they ever figure out their fridge problem.

Literally the worst walgreens ever! Do not send your prescriptions here unless you want the following:1) pharmacy to never answer the phone.... wait on hold 4 times throughout the day for over 30 mins before you give up! Yes, literally spent a total of 2 hours on hold today.2) the pharmacy app to say your prescriptions were denied when you have several emails from your doctor saying they were approvedSave yourself a HUGE headache and go to ANY other pharmacy than this one...Oh ya, the ONE time my call was picked up, the female said "hello", and immediately hung up.Called back and sat on hold for another 30 mins... yes 2.5 hours so far in one day. Still no resolution, no pick up and no prescriptions.I understand being under staffed but jesus, people are going to have heart attacks if they cant get their blood pressure medicine. Save yourself the headache!!!

Smells absolutely rancid. The employees do not seem to have an answer as to why the whole store smells but it is bad. Has happened on numerous occasions at this store.

The pharmacy is always going to be a 30+ minute pickup. They are incredibly slow and unorganized. The medication always takes several days to fill. Most recently they "lost my medication" and had to redo it after it took them 3 days to fill it initially.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I've been a customer of the Natomas Walgreens pharmacy for years and always had great service. I recently moved to Roseville and started using this pharmacy. I've had nothing but problems every time I pick up a prescription. The wait time and customer service is horrendous. A few days ago i went inside and the guy with glasses at the counter was a complete ass. He was rude to everyone he spoke to including the pharmacist. I overheard him say that he doesn't care about everyone in line and they can just wait. He should be fired. He has zero customer service skills and a bad attitude. Corporate needs to know about this location because management doesn't seem to care.

The front pharmacy tech guy was a complete Ass and is rude and condescending. He basically told everyone in-line they can wait and accept that. He has zero customer service professionalism. Do not come to this Walgreens for pharmacy needs. The pharmacist was very nice and she would be the only reason we came back.

Took me three days to get someone to answer and then they were super rude and all over the place. However, The pharmacist here is super super helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Everyone else seems to be lost.

When you come from the emergency room of KP with your 3-year-old ill kid to collect your prescription, you are met with a rude pharmacist who refuses to accept KP prescriptions. Despite having a lengthy conversation, you manage to convince them to let you pay out of pocket. However, your frustration grows as they keep you waiting for an hour before finally providing the medication from their own counter. In such a situation, it is difficult to find the right words to express your disappointment and dissatisfaction.

This review is for the pharmacy. They are always backed up, I'm not sure how. Their always so unorganized nothings ever ready when it says it is. Don't bother making an appointment for vaccines because you'll wait an hour and half before you actually get it. Not to mention they never have your account
