I'm from out of town and my doctor e prescribed to this location. I went about an hour later and after a ten minute wait there it was. The pharmacist asked if I'd like the information and she went over it thoroughly.

They opened back up from lunch over 15 minutes late. They said it was due to taking their lunch late. That's okay. What is not okay is not leaving a note apologizing, saying you are going to come back later than 2. This is completely unacceptable! Communicating what's going on is how you avoid disgruntled customers. It is extremely poor customer service to not communicate important things, especially when it comes to medications.

I love this walgreens! The staff is wonderful .. good prices the pharmacy handles a ton and they don't get credit.. 100 percent love this stop for everything.. cleaning supplies to pet treats... cosmetics... a bit pricey but all and all, very happy!

I have never written a negative review before but I really must now. I will never come to Walgreens again after this fiasco. For over a decade, I have solely used Walgreens for my photos. I ordered 6 photo books for Christmas to be sent out before Christmas. They were behind and didn't get them out. Sure, I get that Covid has been rough on people and I didn't sweat it much. It's now February 21, I have called a dozen times, and the photo books are still not done. Nobody answers the photo department phone and when it transfers me back to the main office, they say only the photo department can help me so they transfer me there, where I will eventually be transferred back to the main office after nobody answers. This has been dozens of times now. I reached out to Walgreens customer service and nobody knows who to contact to help me out with this. One guy said he would refund the money because it's taken so long and they will still send the books out eventually. I called today and they said they have decided to cancel the order. After two months of waiting for these Christmas presents to get to my family, they have cancelled the order. Totally unreliable and I can't believe the amount of time and effort I've had to put in to this, all for naught. The customer service said no supervisors were available and they would not take my information down to pass it along. When I asked for the corporate number, she said she did not know it and then went silent. I just need someone to help me get these books out that were supposed to be delivered by Christmas. Walgreens clearly does not value their customers and now, I will find another vendor to print my photos and photo books.

The pharmacy failed to notify that the prescription sent in by the doctor was apparently something they don’t carry. After placing the order, at which point they could see what was ordered, they told me to wait twenty minutes for it to be filled. Then I was told to wait another twenty minutes. After nearly an hour they said they don’t carry this. I have asked to speak to a manager and a manager has not come. This incompetence and lack of customer service is ridiculous. Not only to I recommend you not use this Walgreens, I will personally not be using any Walgreens after this.

It appears the store was having their floors waxed/serviced at 9pm while they were still open tonight?? They normally close at 10pm for reference. Extraordinarily loud, to the point I couldn't even be in there for more than a few minutes without needing to leave (honestly people really should have been wearing hearing protection to be frank). One of the cleaning machines appeared to be run off of an engine--which means combustion is happening, INDOORS, without any proper ventilation, and customers/employees are breathing it all in. This is extremely unsafe to do, and I say this as a degree-holding chemist. Please hire better contractors who know what they're doing, and do not put customers AND employees health/safety at risk. This is not okay, and to be quite frank, management should know better than to do this.

They don't answer the phone, I have gone in 5x and watched them not answer the phones inbetween customers. My next day online photo order is still not printed after a week of going into the store to check on it. When I offered feedback to the manager she told me they were fully staffed but because it's the holiday season I can't expect the phones to be answered. I've worked in a store before so either training folks in how to rotate between in store customers and the phone isn't being taught anymore or the idea to hire holiday staff is a thing of the past?

Very Rude Cashier Nicklas was his name I observed him having a verbally abusive on his part Disagreement with an older woman who was belittled and refused any service simply because he didn't want to do a price check for some marked down Christmas item's And to top it off after she exited the store he Started Verbally slandering the poor woman that did Absolutely Nothing Wrong Absolutely Disgusting as a human being but Totally UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE !!!!

It is hard to describe how inconvenient this experience was. Worst service anywhere I have ever experienced in my life. They don't answer phone calls, they don't care if you're sick with COVID. They don't care if they already told you "15 minutes" but then 1 hour later they still don't have it ready. Forced to drive directly to the store because they don't answer phones just to be set aside for over an hour while they lolligag and lie to your face. And all I asked for was some water, some H20, and they couldn't do that either. Useless staff, useless pharmacy, worst experience I've ever had, I hope they close down and someplace better opens up. And I wish I could give them less than 1 star for wasting most of my day. Never again. TRASH Location.Edit: after everything they tell me that they don't actually have the medication I waited over 2 hours in person for. Close this place down

Waited 35 mins just to get hung up on. I feel like I am running out of Walgreens in the area to try. Seems like the shortages for pharmacy techs are at an all time high I'd recommend actually paying techs what they're worth the starting pay was $18 when I graduated and got my license in 2013 it's 2022

Bathroom needs a huge remodel. Customer service was otherwise great!
