They opened back up from lunch over 15 minutes late. They said it was due to taking their lunch late. That's okay. What is not okay is not leaving a note apologizing, saying you are going to come back later than 2. This is completely unacceptable! Communicating what's going on is how you avoid disgruntled customers. It is extremely poor customer service to not communicate important things, especially when it comes to medications.

The pharmacist here are a joke. They don't seem to want to do anything extra or even do their job. They tell me that their system is down. They cannot bill my insurance and I will have to pay full price for my meds so I ask can you Call me when your guise's computer system is up and running. She didn't want to call. She wanted me to call her every 30 minutes to see if the system is up and running .....unbelievable horrible treatment... I Recommend going to cvs over this place

I have never written a negative review before but I really must now. I will never come to Walgreens again after this fiasco. For over a decade, I have solely used Walgreens for my photos. I ordered 6 photo books for Christmas to be sent out before Christmas. They were behind and didn't get them out. Sure, I get that Covid has been rough on people and I didn't sweat it much. It's now February 21, I have called a dozen times, and the photo books are still not done. Nobody answers the photo department phone and when it transfers me back to the main office, they say only the photo department can help me so they transfer me there, where I will eventually be transferred back to the main office after nobody answers. This has been dozens of times now. I reached out to Walgreens customer service and nobody knows who to contact to help me out with this. One guy said he would refund the money because it's taken so long and they will still send the books out eventually. I called today and they said they have decided to cancel the order. After two months of waiting for these Christmas presents to get to my family, they have cancelled the order. Totally unreliable and I can't believe the amount of time and effort I've had to put in to this, all for naught. The customer service said no supervisors were available and they would not take my information down to pass it along. When I asked for the corporate number, she said she did not know it and then went silent. I just need someone to help me get these books out that were supposed to be delivered by Christmas. Walgreens clearly does not value their customers and now, I will find another vendor to print my photos and photo books.

Waited 35 mins just to get hung up on. I feel like I am running out of Walgreens in the area to try. Seems like the shortages for pharmacy techs are at an all time high I'd recommend actually paying techs what they're worth the starting pay was $18 when I graduated and got my license in 2013 it's 2022

They don’t fill prescriptions until you arrive, even after sending a ready for pickup notification. So you end up waiting in like for another 20 minutes on top of how unbearably slow they are. Go somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy at this Walgreens is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any circumstance. I walked up to the window that said drop off/pick up as I walked past the line that said Covid vaccines. I'm standing at the window with six(6) workers behind the glass. Nobody will even look my way as they help at the vaccine window. After twenty(20) minutes one of the lady's says there is only one line!! How can anybody be that rude. Let alone all six of them. Someone could have said something at any time

This review is for their pharmacy, although the store looks really good. We had to get a couple Covid booster shots and while I'd made the appointment on the phone I'd forgot to look online to fill out the forms. They were very courteous and helpful even though they were busy as heck. If they were closer to us I'd switch pharmacies and go with them. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful, so nice to see.

Repeated appointments for vaccines and they are always running WAY behind. Four people waiting for the last twenty minutes for appointments and no one is administering any. Why make appointments with no intention of keeping them

Seriously the worst customer service out of any Walgreens that I have ever shopped at. It's seriously in every department; the people working the cash registers, the management and especially the pharmacy staff. It must be the company culture at this specific location. They all look miserable and they're seriously rude, especially the younger male manager and the older blonde lady who works up front. The only exception is the one employee that is kinda short with glasses and short hair who usually works in the beauty department. They have always been incredibly helpful, approachable and friendly. I don't have this issue with any of my local retailers. Love the staff at the Bel Air across the street. So I just drive the extra ten minutes down the road to a different Walgreens to avoid this place and the rude staff.

This place is a joke! A few months ago the computer was down-they were unable to sale me my meds. Today the pharmacist is at lunch and they can't sell me my prescribed Norco-again I have to make a return trip! I never need a pharmacist consult-I'm a nurse and have been for 42 years-can't wait to see what pearl of info he has-LOL

The worst experience ever! The manager was very unprofessional and extremely rude!! I ordered a collage photo cards which took me over an hour to create online yesterday and they were supposed to be ready after 9:00am today. When I went to pick them up around 4:30pm, a young male worker told me that they cut them wrong, so he wanted me to come back in 20 - 30 minutes. He said they would be ready by then. He showed me the cards, they were cut unevenly and didn't look right. I told him that I would come back in 30 minutes even though it was causing an inconvenience for me. Then suddenly, a female worker came out and told me that they wouldn't be ready. She said that she wouldn't be able to cut them right. I asked her what she could do to fix the problems because I needed the cards today. She kept making excuses like she's been so busy with too many orders etc. I asked her what she could do to solve the problem. She said she could cut the other side to make them look even but they would be cutting off my photos. I didn't like her suggestion, so I said it wouldn't work for me. Then she said she would sell them for half the price, but more than half of my order was not cut right, so I declined this offer as well. I asked her if I could talk to the manager, then she said she was the manager. She just continued making excuses like how busy she has been all day. I just wanted to pick up my cards and go home! The manager never apologized for their mistake nor offered any solutions. I was getting tired of hearing her excuses so I told her, "that is your job, isn't it!?" Then she got so rude and said, "Fine! You don't have to buy them!" , she dumped the cards in the garbage! It was unbelievable!! I told her that I would report this to the headquarter, then she said "Go ahead" and walked away! I couldn't believe how rude sh was!! I wasted my time to create the cards and I had to create new cards at somewhere else. I will not recommend this photo center to anyone. Just terrible!! So disappointed!!

This Walgreens pharmacy no longer provides good customer service. Three recent situations has me considering changing pharmacies to another brand. In one situation I tried to get a booster appointment here and they told me they weren't giving boosters. I made my appointment at CVS and got a booster the same day. On another occasion I went in to pick up a prescription and even though they have separate windows for prescriptions and vaccinations (both were empty). I was told there was only one line for everything and I had to go to the end. The line, which stretched halfway up the aisle seemed to be filled with those awaiting vaccinations so the prescription window remained empty. The line was so long that I finally left and drove around to the drive-thru window. Another instance is that I called to speak to a pharmacist because I had a question about a prescription dosage. I was told no pharmacist was available because they were busy giving vaccinations.

Very poor drive through response. ALL EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE HOW LONG YOU WAIT. Customer service is not their focus.
