Top notch all the way! Professional yet personable. Extremely good at what they do (Mac or PC) and they explain everything in a way I can understand. VQIS does remote monthly maintenance on my work laptop (windows), as well as takes care of my family’s non-work iMacs when we have issues. I trust them so much that I’m willing to drive an hour and a half to bring them my computers if they need to fix hardware issues. Fast turn around with status updates along the way. All with a friendly attitude and a great sense of humor, which is always a plus!

We have been with Vision Quest for approx 10 years. From the first time they serviced our account, we were extremely happy we had made the move to them! Every member of their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they're fairly priced.They keep us from having major issues with their monthly maintenance. The few times we have had issues in between, they have responded quickly so we have very little down time. I would highly recommend Vision Quest Information Solutions!

I have been the Office Manager at a very large dental practice for 20 years. Vision Quest Information Systems (VQIS) became our computer network and system specialist in about 2005. Over the years our office used several other computer support companies before VQIS. However, the other companies just didn’t have the level of expertise that we needed. When we hired VQIS it was night and day difference. The company has multiple people that work for them. Each of them has blown us away with how smart they are. They quickly solved any and all issues we were having. They even understood the dental software we were using and were able to advise us on upcoming changes In HIPPA computer requirements so that we were prepared and ready. They made sure that digital security software was secure and essential data software backup systems and protocols were set up. Anything that came up they quickly resolved.I have recommended VQIS to 2 other dental practice owners since the original dentist I worked for retired. Each dentist owner experienced the same great service and top quality expertise! The network specialist even able to set up remote access for employees and the dentist to work from home years before the 2020 COVID rush to work from home came upon the world. They were able to set up the network with top encryption and a VPN, Virtual Private Network, making it so that our network was not even able to be seen, which protected the data even further. Whether it was setting up individual scanners at each workstation or problem shooting when our xray software was not working. VQIS has fixed any and all problems we ever had. They are honest, thorough, smart and communicate clearly each and every time they find an issue. I honestly think all their employees are some of the smartest people I have ever met in my life.Whether it is a business or individual computer support services you need, VQIS is the absolutely the best you could find! Other companies just don’t come close to VQIS. Hire the best! Hire VQIS!

Great company and great customer service. Helped me clean up my desktop remotely and freed up almost 20 gigs of hard drive space in only 30 minutes. Also recommended a few free programs to help me keep my computer running as efficiently as possible. Highly would recommend them to family and friends.

The guys that have come to my house to assist me with my computer problems have been great !!. They know what to do and how to do it. If by chance they locate a problem they cant fix they dont give you a snow job. They will try to explain why the problem exists and why they are not able to fix it. I have used them 3 or 4 times and I will call them again when I need there assistance. Price is reasonable and they are dependable. They stand by there work
