It's really uncalled for - and quite frankly unlawful - to tell someone they can't bring their disabled child to your gym because it's suddenly "against your policy". If the kid isn't hurting anyone or doing anything wrong, you are just plain discriminating. I hope Elena Myers Taylor finds a much better place train and I seriously hope that management takes some training on ADA. Not cool.

Love this place. Happy to find a clean quiet place to swim, float, relax, and workout. The ladies lounge and the private adult pool area is fantastic. I like to swim in the large pool outside it's warmer than the others. The towels and complimentary soaps are an extra benefit of using the facilities after a good swim.

I received an email offering a free day pass for two adults, valid for 7 days. I wanted to take this opportunity to revisit the gym because my family had a membership over the summer, and I enjoyed it. However, the sales guy, especially the management, were incredibly rude and disrespectful towards me. I showed them the promotional offer and the email stating that I could enjoy a free day pass, but they insisted I pay or leave the facility with such rudeness and disrespect. The manager, in particular, was so rude to me in front of my dad that I was shocked by her behavior. They’re rude and lairs. They also charged my dad extra and I’ve seen so many other people are complaining about the same issue.

Two thumbs down. Place is top dollar for dirty equipment and facilities. Toilets are always dirty, clogged, or out of service. Equipment is always out of service. Pool is gross. Wipes are always empty. Could be an awesome place if someone actually cared about it. Steam room has been out of service for over a month. Back to calfit for my family!

Member for about 2 years. Can't say enough good things about this gym. Overall, for the 120 dollar/month membership I've been very satisfied with the facility and the welcoming staff. I used a guest pass at lifetime fitness and I have to say I believe villasport offers the same level of upscale quality and array of amenities at a more affordable price. Very happy with my experience and membership at this gym.

Everything is dirty. There’s no equipment wipes anywhere, they are constantly empty. Bathrooms are all gross. Steam room has been out of service for over a month. The worst part though, is the app. I was supposed to check in with the app but it’s awful. I have to enter my location, email and password every time. Cell service sucks so it takes forever. Just give me a key fob. I paid almost $3k /year for my whole family but just switched over to LifeTime. So worth it.I will say the personal trainers all are awesome.

What a horrible experience we had as members of this club. We remained members for over 1 year, and as a family of 5 it was extremely costly. How I wish we would have simply joined California Family Fitness instead! The customer service at villasport is absolutely terrible. They are incompetent with billing, and their website is so slow it barely works. Most times when we visited the pool, it would get closed down because there would be a toddler or child that would poop in the pool. The lifeguards and staff who work at villasport do not enforce the swim diaper policy, so there were so many times that the pool was shut down during the summer. This happened so many times I cannot even count. Their corporate customer service is even worse, you will never get through to a live person, you will get disconnected, you will get voicemail but they will never call you back. Do yourself a favor and just don't join this club. Yes, the water slides and the pool look inviting, and the gym equipment is nice, but there are many other gyms locally that will treat you with much better customer service and who will not screw you over like this place does.

I loved this gym and the facilities were very nice and well taken care of. Unfortunately their management and billing are horrible! Our card was charged over $100 for something non existent. I had called the club about the issue and Chad was very quick to call back but could not provide any answers at that time. I didn't hear back for 2 weeks after multiple emails and phone calls to Chad to try and get some answers. No one responded and since we moved, we had to send a friend into the club just to talk to Chad. Our friend explained the situation and asked Chad to give us a call to explain what happened. We never received any communication from that point on and for the past month. Overall, the front desk people are always so nice and the facility itself is nice but management seems to need extreme help. Avoid the club if you don't want your card to be randomly charged.

Happy to update and give better review if they fix situation. The front desk employees are genuinely pathetic and they’re just to collect a check. My wife left a water bottle upstairs but already checked our baby out of daycare she asked one of the 3 if they could run up and grab it. They then said no, but to check the baby back into daycare and go up herself and grab it. Then they told her she was out of daycare time for the day so she couldn’t re check in.the baby AND still wouldn’t walk their Lazy a$$’s up the stairs to help a mom out.

Gave 4 stars but really deserves 4.5. It is almost perfect. My only complaint is the upkeep needs to be more aggressive, or this gym can go go down quickly. Like most people, I used to go to lifetime fitness and switched to this place due to much better affordability. Perfect place for the whole family. Also, some things are better here in comparison. If you're a sauna / steam room fan - men's and women's locker room have an individual room with lots of comfortable lounges and tvs inside for total relaxation. Towels on deck. Dry sauna has tv inside and the heat is nice and strong (2 units to keep hot). They have a shower inside the steamroom as a plus; cold towels in the fridge. My only ask is that the fridge gets stocked more often + they need to replace it (beat up) and get it larger. Also there's a cold water machine inside - needs upkeep / fixing /maintenance (red light and alarm been blinking for weeks); STRONG whirl pool is awesome. Inside and outside pool area for kids with lifeguards on duty. Food and drinks for sale outside plus adult beverages available. They have family and adults only pool areas inside and outside. Overall, I was very satisfied with my membership. It has everything you need for the entire family!

I've been going to this gym for almost 2 years. Their AC system sucks even with the $10,000 upgrade that they just did. PLEASE PUT IN FANS TO CIRCULATE AIR!!!! You have to wear shoes even if you're on your own personal yoga mat not touching any other floor anywhere in the gym. The women's steam room is very hit or miss. Their website sucks/barely works. Their spa/salon hours are weird - great if you're a stay at home mom, but if you work good luck. The women's locker room randomly smells nasty. The water in the showers has a new weird nasty scent to it too. Many of the gym goers also have 0 respect and leave their dirty towels just lying around after they use them - put your towels in the bins people!!!!! I don't want to walk into the steam room and see a bunch of used towels piled up and no one in there - have respect for other people. It's not your house! The equipment is well maintained and there's a bunch of it, but that's really the main positive for this gym. Not worth $120/month.

In the two years I've been going here, I have gotten others to sign up but never receive the credit money for it. Inquired 7 different times. No one ever follows up, calls back, returns emails etc. The facility is generally in good shape with the exception of the water slides being closed year round. 0 starts for the management.

Recently joined and overall we're pretty pleased with it in comparison to the price you pay. It gets crowded in the gym after 430, but that's too be expected. Classes are great, staff is always nice, decent amount of equipment with the limited space they have. The downsides, while manageable, mostly are because of the patrons. In the weightroom, people have the tendency to "claim" equipment and while I'm all for supersets, they leave said equipment to go to completely different areas to do they're other exercise, very frustrating when it's already hard enough to find something to work on. The patrons also have no guilt in how they care for the place, specifically in the family locker room. Towels just get left everywhere - the changing rooms, showers, bathrooms, main floor, and food gets spilt and they don't clean it up. Garments are left everywhere the toilets get trashed. It's ridiculous. I know its mostly just kids being kids, but their parents need to be helping clean up and teaching them to do the same. I feel bad for the workers there because of what they're left with. That being said, it is silly that you walk in to the women's locker room and the towels are getting constantly refreshed and straightened, yet the bathrooms will be out of TP ans the sanitary trash will be overflowing. So there is that. All in all, we still enjoy going on a regular basis and it has become a staple part of our routine, just wish the other people there took care of it as the rest do.

I was worried that because the facility is so child friendly it would be overwhelming for my wife and I just trying to workout. They do a great job keeping the areas separate. It’s never overcrowded, the prices feel right for what you get as well. So far as a newer member, no complaints whatsoever.Yet to try the spa but I love the option.

Sadly the amenities have become less, understaffed and looking pretty dingy. No longer supplying pool towels, just small bath towels. Loads of used towels overflowing the baskets. Carpets and furniture stained and torn. Young women posting selfies etc to social media in the women’s changing room without a concern for others privacy. Lots of underage children in the age restricted hot tub. I miss the hot tea and eucalyptus towels in the sauna. Those were the good old days. Addressed with management and they were quick to agree. Sad!
