First I'll start with the good. My wife uses the facilities daily and loves her class instructors and her friends there. I enjoy working out with friends and coworkers that I have pulled with us from our old gym. There are a few staff members that are great. Christian being awesome just not as a worker there but as a genuine person that wants to see members happy and asks for any problems or issues as he wants Villa to be awesome. Great leadership qualities that Villa needs closer to the top. The bad. Locker rooms are gross. Towels in the shower areas, towels in the shower stalls, on the floor around lockers, the chairs in the lounge area by the lockers. Mold in the steam room, sauna wood is stained, lounge chairs padding has no padding and is dirty. People lock the lockers making the availability of non paying personal lockers smaller. This is the locker rooms and family locker room area. My wife says the ladies shower has mold and drains smell terrible. Sauna broken in the ladies area. Men's smells like mold with staff shown mold, still not addressed after 3 weeks. Gym area could be cleaned more, dust and hair under the weights and machines. Only really get cleaned when regional Management is coming in per staff or it'd put on the back burner. The pool area is dirty. See the pictures. Exposed metal in the spa area, dirt on the bottom of the pools, stains and the hair in the drains and filter system on the bottoms are nasty. Outside pool deck has hair, bandaids and staff walks past it. As of today a large hairball still sitting on the pool deck for 4 days. Indoor/ outdoor spa didn't work for many months, staff states management won't pay the money to fix it. Also kids pool platforms are falling apart for 2 summers and have sharp edges on those and landing deck for them. Again concerns shown to staff and was told management won't fix them due to costing money and bottom line profitability is the real driver of the business, not the customer. Day care is terrible. We have only used it a few times and gave it one more shot and it was not a positive experience. Example our son was left for who knows how long in a dirty diaper. Never contacted to come change him, but he had a terrible diaper rash after a full diaper of both poop and pee. Also didn't want to adhere to simple request of accommodations for our son with Autism. Was told to bring an aid to be with him, which we would have to buy a membership for, yet our daughter which stays with him isn't acceptable to them? Also wanted to see proof he had Autism...ADA violations update will come later. Read the reviews as most people are sick of complaining or they just leave like several of our friends have already. This place is closer than Lifetime for us but disappoints in several categories that are simple fixes when it comes to cleanliness and safety of members. When you take the tour look closely and take a lap of the pools not just taken outside to look. Also look at the locker areas, sauna and steam rooms, around gym equipment. Looks great from afar but far from great. We are in limbo to continue with Villa or leave and go back to Lifetime again. Sometimes the extra cost is worth a better experience.

We have been members of this gym for a little over two months, and during that time, both of my children have contracted norovirus. As a stay-at-home parent, our only regular exposure to public settings is at the gym. In addition, My 2-year-old recently consumed 2 week old expired yogurt and chips from the Café and subsequently experienced food poisoning, which developed into norovirus, confirmed by her pediatrician. Only noticed the date because I went back after the fact and checked the dates. I've reached out via email and phone calls twice, but have received no response, so I am sharing this to inform other members. Additionally, two days ago, my infant was crawling in the daycare when a 2-3-year-old child stomped on her hand, then proceeded to snatch a toy from her. I observed this incident on the upstairs cameras. I am concerned as to why a crawling infant is in the same area as older, more active children. When I raised this issue, the response was dismissive. Furthermore, my toddler was hit on the head with a door, and the only reason I became aware was because I noticed a red mark and bruise on her forehead and had to ask staff for an explanation. On a positive note, every other amenity is great. No problems working out or with the staff. Update: Covid is now going around that gym so just be aware. Several of members have just recently shared their symptoms and tests.

I've been coming for two years and made my wife join too because we love it. My 4yr old always has a great time in the childcare. I use the free weights most days and that area is clean, the staff and other guests are always nice. When I'm not using the free weights I go to body pump to mix things up. Amy is my favorite pump instructor, she brings the energy and encourages me to give my all.

One of the best gyms in the areas. It's not as packed as some of the competitors and has much better rates. I have signed myself and later my family up for a month to month Subscription. They have a great smoothie bar as well. Kids love the pool!

My kiddos (ages 7, 5, and 6mo) all love coming to Villa. And the baby room is so clean I feel comfortable leaving my baby. Mrs. Holly always greets us with a smile.

Villa Kids club is what keeps us coming back here. My son absolutely loves the staff and they clearly love kids. We went to previous gyms where he would not go into kids club. He runs with excitement anytime we pull up. Grateful for the hard working staff helping parents get a break!

Very disappointed, there are never clean towels, the floors are super dirty, and it seems like no one ever cleans them. The family inside-outside hottub has been under temperature for at least half a year and none of the staff seem to care. I don't understand how someone can give them more than 1 star.......

Amazing knowledgeable and helpful staff. A long list of group classes offered. Denise, who is the GM, hires the best talent in the industry. Special mention goes to Taryn and Laryn for their challenging and motivating classes.

Family hot tub is constantly under the temperature. This issue is going on for almost a year now and nobody can give answers when its going to be fixed.

My kids and I love Villa! The childcare is top notch and a place my children can't wait to attend, the cafe is great to grab a yummy smoothie and catch up on some emails, the pool/facilities are great options for us on hot days, and the staff is always friendly and so helpful. Thankful to have this gym in our community!

Jema was amazing! She gave us a tour and and really took her time to show us around. I'm pregnant right now but based on what we experienced we are joining as soon as the little one is out :)
