They are always so patient and informative. We just had our first boarding for both my dogs, reactive one included. And they came back in the same condition I left them. “This place was absolutely amazing. After calling multiple veterinary clinics in the area to assist with unfortunately having to put our little dog down due to him declining in health in a matter of hours very quickly from seizures, they were so accommodating and helpful. The staffs demeanor was caring and so well explained compared to anywhere else we called. Their fees were also way more reasonable than anywhere else. We were so grateful for their compassion and getting us in so quickly to do one of the hardest things in life saying goodbye to our 17 year old fur baby. We cannot express how grateful we are to them in navigating this difficult time.

“Pet rat lovers, look no further! This is your veterinary clinic. I called 6 different vets around Folsom, EDH and Granite Bay and this one said they took care of rats. Not only that, but they had a same day appointment available! Really unexpected and awesome. It is a bit of a drive for us, and totally worth it.
Dr. Aileen Thompson and her veterinary assistant Joey were so amazing, empathetic and knowledgeable. They educated us so much about what was going on! Oreo our rat wasn't gaining weight because his top tooth had overgrown back up into his palate, puncturing his skin. With love and care for both our rats, especially Oreo, she clipped his tooth and he started eating right away. A few days later I have never seen him this happy before. We are looking forward to the progress in our follow up appointment, and to see the caring staff again.
Overall, this is a great place to take your pet rat, cat, dog, etc - give them a try! The front desk assistant on the phone was very professional and friendly, she made me want to continue with making the appointment. The next day, I received a text asking how our pets were doing, and to call the office with questions. After I texted back telling them what a great appointment it was, Rebecca, Vet Assistant texted back "We are happy to hear you had a great experience. Your little fur babies were so sweet and well loved in the back by our team". Who does this kinda of customer service anymore!? From making the first appointment to the follow up, this place has customer service down pat.

“The appointment system is easy when you know it. Same day visits are great. The vet, Dr. Katharyn Hart and her assistants are friendly, caring and thorough. Just heard the have shut down all VIP Car Centers. I'm so disappointed. We would follow Dr. Hart if she opens up somewhere else.”
“I can't thank Kristol L. enough for the compassionate care her and the team provided during such a difficult time for our family. We had to make the heart-wrenching decision to euthanize our beloved dog, and Kristol were incredibly supportive every step of the way.

“We followed Dr Brar and staff over here from another clinic. I’ve never had a vet and techs take such good care of my dogs. They always spend plenty of time with us during consultations and exams and explain everything thoroughly. They never push things that are not necessary on us, but are very thorough. They are very fairly priced and appointments are easy to get. They are at a great location right off of I-80 and the facility is very nice and clean. I couldn’t be happier with a veterinary clinic.”
