This store is a scam! Please just go across the street to a true Verizon store. They took my perfectly good phone as a trade in. I was supposed to get $550. Once the whole transaction was done and I had my new phone for a few days, I got an email saying the value of my trade-in was only $13.00 because it was cracked. That's a complete lie.And I was charged a setup/activation fee. But because the internet in the mall and their store is virtually non existent, I had to go home and activate it on my own and was not reimbursed!They are garbage and will try to upsell you on unnecessary accessories.

Lisa was great helping me set an appointment and making the ordering process simple. Received my order a week early and Caleb helped set my new phone and Apple Watch up. He was fantastic and patient. Great team

Came to the store needing a new SIM and possibly a new phone. I spent over 30 minutes with a rep who did not know much and provided misinformation. 1st, I was told that I need to switch plans in order to qualify for a trade-in promotion, then they told me that my phone did not qualify for the promotion and it was going to cost me $50-$70 to get a new SIM. So I decided to go to a Verizon store across the street, and it turned out that I didn't need to switch plans, my phone did qualify for a rebate and they game me new SIM card for free.

I had a horrible experience at the store. Mila helped me. She did not know what she was doing. Was not knowledgeable about the service overcharged me. She added things for me to buy after I said no so they must make commission off of sales is my guess it was a complete bait and switch. Worst customer service ever bad luck for Verizon.

Sydney was super helpful getting my husband and I switched over from another carrier and purchase our new phones. Alex assisted us and was amazing as well. Very friendly and patient we appreciate it.

The worst place to shop for a new phone do not go here! straight scam brain washed my wife on returning a phone to the 1800 number and got both our phones lost because they did not want to take it back they told my wife to return it to the corporate location it was a huge mess now we are out 2 phones do not shop here!!! Go to a real corporate office please they are straight scammers!!!!! This location is no good I promise ! Go straight to a a real location across the street in the plaza is way better. I will never ever do business with them I will be filling a complain to the business better bureau!!!!

This review is ONLY for the Westfield store.I visited this store as my phone was damaged and I was seeing what options I had. I was told by the sales rep that I would be better off by just upgrading the phone and avoid the warranty deductible charges. I was informed that the current promo included a FREE matching watch both being from Google instead of a Samsung that was more expensive. I reviewed the options and chose to purchase the promo deal. Unfortunately, the deal was not as sold. I reviewed the transaction once again at home and found that not only wasn’t the Watch NOT FREE, MSRP of over $400 but there was a monthly Access Fee to really put the screw to me. Doesn’t FREE mean no cost? I realize that the sales tax is valid for any equipment but come on man! THE 1 STAR was given only because the manager was helpful in taking the Watch back and didn’t charge me a restocking charge. I DECIDED TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER CARRIER THE NEXT DAY.

The 'Veizon' experience far exceeded the 3 competitor stores that I had visited prior. I wanted to replace my wireless earphones, which 1 ear had ceased to function and other was dimming badly, but the 'mall' kiosk didn't sell "headphones", so I just 'settled for' a $25 case/holder plus a USB and "C" port charging wire for $20 and she charged my 'dead' cellular telephone (Samsung- Z 3 Fold) to 1% on her USB to "C" port wire in about 5 to 10 minutes with a "double speed" fast 2.4 amp charge. However, the Verizon sales associate (Teo), firstly, greeted me within seconds of store entry, learned of my 'headphone' needs, then offered several choices for replacement, and subsequently, inquired to retrieve my Verizon account which he would find savings for my selection (JBL Headphones valued at over $150), with additional discounts that finalized the sale at $127. Also, Teo charged my cellalar telephone to 8% really fast, and when questioned about the swift charge, and I showed my $20 USB/"C" wire, he advised to return for a "C" to "C" wire that he offered for $30, but was much faster. I declined, and departed with my JBL purchase to return the slower $20 wire, and reported the Teo information to (Elmira) the mall booth employee, so she ransacked her shelved inventory to finally find a $30 "C" to "C" wire that she ultimately, didn't charge me for the added $10 mark-up, ... great job Teo! (saved me another 10 bucks, who else would do that?). T-Mobile, where I bought my earphones 2 years before, and Walmart did not offer satisfactory solutions as did Verizon, ... oh well.

I would like you to know that Cameron and Teo were wonderful helpers.. They spent so much time with me. .I am an old lady and I had to come in 4 times to get help.. Nothing wrong with the phone or watch, just my brain isnt as smart as they are .Besides being wonderful they have good personalities

The guys were nice but didn't explain cost on things to me about the phone and the accessories.. I had a $283 bill at the time of the purchase and setting up my account.. But because the phone was just to difficult to operate a Google Pixel 7 pro... I went to return it I found out that over $150 of that expense was the accessories that they sold me and because they didn't give me any of the boxes I couldn't return them...It was a fiasco dealing with Verizon too.. I called and they told me I would have to go back to Roseville to return the phone.. And I live in Redwood City 2.5 hours away.. I was moving from Sacramento and the store knew that.. I went to a corporate store in Bridgepoint Shopping Center in San Mateo and they couldn't help me and they sent me to a store 30 min away in Redwood City on El Camino Real that was closed.. Although the sign on the door told the hours and there was a piece of paper on the door window that said they opened at 4:30 but it never said am or pm... But there was nobody there lights out and just closed... Then I called Verizon again and the customer service representative was in a call center in another country and was very unhelpful because the only other Victra Version Store was in Burlingame CA which was another 40min drive north.. And they couldn't even get a hold of that store. So they said they would send the district and store manager a text and have them to call me which never happened.. But because I wanted my money back and I was on a mission I went to the Burlingame store and they were sitting in the store talking to 1 customer... When I told them my name the store manager said "Hey I was supposed to call you". So why didnt he is one of my questions for this company... Then when they were trying to refund me only $50 for my phone they ended up charging instead of a refund then they felt bad so they refunded me $142 which is actually only $92 considering they charged me $50.. So out of spending $282 with them I only got back $92 as a refund... And because Verizon doesn't care about helping anyone they could not disconnect my phone because the customer service closes at 7pm PST. So I have to do that part myself tomorrow.. With such poor customer service and the complete inability to stand behind their products and services why would you even consider them... I was so disappointed and disgusted in this entire experience.. Buyer be ware the lack of transparency and the art of BS with the store attendants you will get taken advantage of and spend money you never intended... And all I needed was a simple phone that would be able to work well with my job.. But I will never ever recommend Version to anyone..

Hi, I am 81 years old and I had a wonderful experience buying our phones in your store. Cameron and Teo were very very helpful and made both of us feel no fear with the use of the new phones. You have wonderful employees who made everything work for us. They were very helpful and encouraging both of us to learn how to use our new phones. They never made us feel stupid or old. You are lucky to have them working for your company.
