My mother and I went into this store on 07/08/2024 to see about upgrading her phone and the sales representative did not seem too thrilled to assist us. The last straw was him checking his own personal phone and texting this long-a$$ text while I was standing there staring at him waiting for something he was supposed to be looking up. I finally told him we were leaving, thinking he’d get the hint that I knew what he was doing and how incredibly disrespectful it was, only for him to straight up lie and say their system was lagging. We just walked out. I am already intimidated going into Verizon stores because the representatives give you a look over as if debating on who has to help you. It’s terrible!!!!! But yesterday was the worst.

Wish I could give more stars for this store. I drive over 30miles to this store just for the customer service that specific Robert the Verizon specialist has provided. This dude rocks. Service is 5 stars/ presentation 5 stars/ professionalism 5 stars/ store cleanness 5 stars/ store stock 5 stars! Every time I leave I’m happier than before walking in. Thank you so MUCH ROBERT AND the rest of the team and this store

My parents took my step dads phone here on May 3rd because his phone would not come off of DND. My parents are in their 70s and I am the account manager. This establishment added a 100GB hotspot service to my step dads line without their knowledge or consent. This is the 3rd establishment in the Sacramento area to add unauthorized services to our account. We have been with Verizon for 20+ years but because I have to keep calling to remove unauthorized services from our account and Verizon seemingly doesnt care we will be changing providers. Contacting BBB as well.

I needed a new phone and it was two munities till closing. Normally people would turn someone away, however, Caleb was super helpful, friendly, and patient. He stayed and helped me replace my phone well past closing. He even turned on my new phone and made sure that everything was up and working. What he did and his amazing attitude made my day, I really appreciated the help. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone trying to replace a phone.

I went in because I saw the pretty girl working there and had to turn off my father's phone cuz of his sudden passing and I broke down and cried and she gave me tissues and was so kind that she put me at ease. I wish I was younger because she is an amazing person I can see. But she was helpful and professional and I ended up getting a new phone cuz mine was broken and she made my day. I really needed the small conversation we had she is a glowing person that I was lucky to have done business with. If you read this thank you and you are great! I can wish can't I? Lol! Take care

I don't even want to give them 1 Star. I went in to replace my I Phone and I Pad. They are not a corporate Verizon store yet it looks like Verizon. They are not honest and they will not just sell you equipment stating everything is sold by bundle. You will be paying high prices that they cannot explain. Their responses were its taxes and start up fees. I had already paid taxes on the equipments and you cannot charge tax on their service yet they do. I was already a Verizon customer for over 12 years. No reason for these fees. They cannot explain ridiculous charges saying I know it's confusing. It's not confusing and I asked them to tell me what I was actually paying for. They just kept repeating its confusing. They charged me $59.98 for services they didn't even do and when I pointed that out to them they admitted they should done them and said they're sorry they didn't but they couldn't refund me that charge because it's in a bundle. How can you charge for a service you didn't do? When I called Verizon and spent hours on the phone speaking to several people saying what they did is wrong and not the Verizon operates. They promised to get back to me but didn't. I got a run around promising to make it right but they didn't. I then went into a corporate store and they said they couldn't do anything because these stores are not Corporate. They shared with me that this happens all the time and they get those customers coming to them furious but they couldn't do anything. Don't be fooled by these store. Make sure it's a corporate store. Why would Verizon allow these stores to use their name and have different policies? This is absolute fraud.

Are you a masochist who loves long walks in dark, cellular-free dead zones, timing out of web pages and endlessly looping chat bots that resolve nothing? Or perhaps someone who loves spending hours of time lost in the embrace of a love who goes to great lengths to avoid speaking to you? Or perhaps you just crave that international flavor of a romance with a new friend who speaks only from asinine scripts and is incapable of independent thought and problem solving skills? Are you looking for The One with whom you can be stuck for hours with in chat sessions that solve nothing; only to be ghosted in the end when your new friend abandons the session? Perhaps something more domestic is in order; someone you will wait on hold for 30 minutes (but only between 9am and 5pm you little sicko) and leave the call 90 minutes later screaming in frustrated cries of utter despair? Then look no more: YOUR search is over. YOU have found the perfect MATCH with whom to waste your precious quality time, personal sanity and money. YES, VERIZON is for YOU. Added turn-ons: Being promised call backs that never occur! The thrill of passive-aggressive dialogs with a store that says "we can't help you, you need to 'call' customer service" and customer service who says "we can't help you, you need to 'visit' the store" (lather, rinse, repeat 3x) Being assigned a new number you didn't ask for, are never told was assigned to you and then charged $20.00 for despite repeated requests to cancel? Does losing your long-held established phone number because something as simple as a porting request turns into a three month long goat-screw of incompetence bring you great joy? Or maybe just the subtle touch of returning a phone per their instructions, being promised a refund of four months service charges for a phone that NEVER actually functioned as a phone and then continued to be billed for the additional number, the promo balance due for the phone EVEN THO YOU DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE ACTIVE SERVICE with the company anymore? And to make your dreams come true...to be told that you once again have to 'visit the store' to stop the billing for the phone that customer service instructed you to mail to them and confirmed as received? Because if you are a true masochist and LONG to be VERIZON'S LITTLE ITCH (notice there is no 'B' in this because, well, VERIZON will never let you 'B' as in 'B-Satisfied' or 'B-Done' with simple, basic, Customer Service issues. The B's they will give you so generously are "'B-Cause' they are on a different system and we can't reverse that _" and "'B-Cause' We have to submit a form for approval to reverse the charges for the thing you never asked for that we admit incorrectly adding and billing you for so 'B-Certain' you will need to call us again to confirm we approve fixing OUR mistake. And... "'B-CAUSE' it's 5:01 PM and Our Office is Now Closed, GOODBYE" to which I can only say: "I'll B-GOTDAMNED B-FOR I ever go thru so much B-S with a Business like VERIZON EVER AGAIN and they B-LUCKY my B-HIND hasn't made their store a DRIVE THRU. But there is still time. The credits haven't posted (we have to get the form approved!) and they still trying to charge me for a loan on a phone they told me to mail them 2 months ago yet tell me 2 months later I have to go to the store (without the phone) to return the phone that the store says I have to call customer service to be refunded for. Can you PUNK me now VERIZON? Or should I visit the store again? Yes, your true S&M dreams of joining with a narcissistic corporate entity who thrives in your codependency and misplaced trust waits for you at 1.800.VERIZON and your local retail Storefront of Nonempowerment. She's a real keeper, Boss.

This store is a scam! Please just go across the street to a true Verizon store. They took my perfectly good phone as a trade in. I was supposed to get $550. Once the whole transaction was done and I had my new phone for a few days, I got an email saying the value of my trade-in was only $13.00 because it was cracked. That's a complete lie.And I was charged a setup/activation fee. But because the internet in the mall and their store is virtually non existent, I had to go home and activate it on my own and was not reimbursed! They are garbage and will try to upsell you on unnecessary accessories.

Update, the standard response to my notices has and continues to be a CANNED REPLY of "we will get back within 10 business days" or "give us 48 hours to reply". Never a real person who can address and resolve customer issues.

Came to the store needing a new SIM and possibly a new phone. I spent over 30 minutes with a rep who did not know much and provided misinformation. 1st, I was told that I need to switch plans in order to qualify for a trade-in promotion, then they told me that my phone did not qualify for the promotion and it was going to cost me $50-$70 to get a new SIM. So I decided to go to a Verizon store across the street, and it turned out that I didn't need to switch plans, my phone did qualify for a rebate and they game me new SIM card for free.

I had a horrible experience at the store. Mila helped me. She did not know what she was doing. Was not knowledgeable about the service overcharged me. She added things for me to buy after I said no so they must make commission off of sales is my guess it was a complete bait and switch. Worst customer service ever bad luck for Verizon.
