Mila was absolutely amazing! She made my experience so much better from the first time I came in when I worked with Leah who was very UNHELPFUL & incompetent. Leah gave me false information. Mila was able to fix everything and I was finally able to get the phone I had ordered earlier that week but didn't receive because of Leah not knowing how to do her job. Thank you Mila for everything, I appreciate your help so much!

Not up to Verizon's usual standards and incredibly poor customer service. I just wanted to upgrade my phone and instead had to waste my time waiting for her to type up and highlight "quotes" for items I specifically said I wasn't interested in purchasing. Multiple times. I do not recommend this location.

Tried to upgrade phone and they automatically added screen protector case etc and an apple watch which all added to the price. We never asked for these to be added on. Felt conned and left. Good thing we asked about the details on the estimate. Will never be coming back here. Very shady.

Definitely worth my 30 minute drive to shop for a new phone at this store. Lisa was so helpful, friendly and polite! Customer Service is extremely important to me and Lisa was spot on! Rebate and sale items were a huge help. Caleb was also very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this Verizon location.

Would highly recommend this location! Came in because phone had stopped working completely and had the most stress free and quick upgrade/transfer process ever. Thank you Mila for being incredible knowledgeable and understanding! Will be back for her service again!

Helped me out a lot today, called and the representative we got was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Luckily the two store associates one of them Sydney and the other Caleb went above and beyond for me, I was very frustrated with the rep however the associates were able to help me figure things out. Thanks a lot!! You two rock!! Excellent customer service, they showed empathy and understanding as well, as a regional manager myself it was great to experience such wonderful customer service.

Beware of the manager. He does not know any technical specs or common sense. Go to a different store if you want technical questions answered. He had no common sense. Don't go there. Many stores may be able to assist you on the more technical questions. He referred me to customer service line. Who does that!!!! Refused me service who does that.

Horrifying experience. "Josh" was rude and lazy. I came up to the counter and told him that I had an appointment made by Verizon to transfer my service. He didn't even look up my appointment nor greet me. He rudely exclaimed that he couldn't help me with that and he didn't care whether I had an appointment or not. Then he immediately turned to a customer who walked in. When I re asserted that this was my appointment time, he said that I was interrupting his helping someone else. He couldn't be bothered with my appointment and further insisted on calling the police if I didn't leave the store. Very lazy and rude and a horrible person. I took off work to get this done and am new in the area and I will tell everyone I know about this person and this experience at this Verizon store. Wow! I'm planning to cancel my service.
