Michael was very helpful with helping me upgrade my phone. He was detailed with his quotes, explanation of different features, and had great conversation that made the process feel like it was only 5 minutes. I really enjoyed my experience!

I had made an appointment on 10/17/23 at 1:00 pm. I entered the store at 12:55. The one employee in the store was busy with a customer. I stated my name and said I had an appointment at 1:00 pm. The employee just said: "OK". I took a seat. At 1:30 pm I left the store. Not once had the employee acknowledged I was there. Not once did he say that it would be a long wait, despite my having an appointment. Not once did he address me.With management allowing this sort of "Customer Care", it is no wonder their stock is in the dumps. It is plainly very poor management

So i show up at 6 one person in front of me and the worker, tall man with glasses and facial hair, says that they're closing at 7 (door says 8 and online says 8) and tells me he won't get to me... what are you doing Verizon.

Employee was helping a customer. I did not want to butt in and be rude but had a question that would have taken 10 seconds to answer. Question about a phone case they had on display in store. Wanted to ask if it would fit my older model Samsung phone. I know the CS reps know this information off the top of their head. They have very limited inventory in store. He asked me to wait. Waited 20-Minutes and left. Was only CS rep in store with 1 person ahead me. I asked same question in Best Buy.It took 3 seconds to answer.

Christian was very helpful in helping me pick out my new phone! He explained the differences, set up my new plan and even helped me transfer all of info from my old iPhone. He was extremely funny and a joy to work with.

Corban was super knowledgeable, funny, and super friendly with my kid during our visit. He provided a lot of knowledge to both me and my wife about all of what we had going on. He provided top service and was the best help I’ve probably had anywhere I’ve been to phone service wise.

Wonderful service with Corban. Walked in looking for a new phone, was in and out of the door within 45 minutes. He had amazing customer service and eagerly looked for ways to help me save money and my family plan. Highly recommend!

Jahanna was outstanding! Extremely knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, saved us a lot of money. I’ve learned from experience with other carriers that Verizon’s signal coverage and quality is way better than any other carrier. And Jahanna was so great that she’s worth traveling to her particular store to get any Verizon products.
