My family and I had recent trouble with our previous provider, so we decided to switch to Verizon. When attempting to transfer services, Hussein helped us through the entire process, which included a lengthy call to our old provider while he was assisting another customer at the time. He then continued to set up our phones an hour and a half after closing time. I’m not one to write reviews, but I felt like Hussein deserves to be recognized on here. So glad to have been helped by Hussein at this store!

My Mom had to take her phone here for some help a couple months ago because it wasnt turning on for some reason. This was my parents 2nd location to use since moving back to the Sacramento area as the 1st location added unauthorized services to our account without consent. After leaving this location the same thing happened. I am the account manager and because my parents are in their 70s I make sure nothing like this happens. When I called Verizon they “encouraged” me not to leave a review so I didnt. Fast forward to this month and a 3rd location added unauthorized services to my step dads phone. At this point Im fed up with it. A google search shows this is a common issue and Verizon seemingly doesnt care. We will be changing phone providers after 20+ years. I will be contacting the BBB.

They were very helpful, but,, my wife and I were in last week and purchased the Pixel8 pro, for her. I ordered the Pixel 8. I was supposed to get a bundle, that included the charger, protective screen, etc.. today, when I went in to get the phone, they transfered apps etc., but, forgot about the "Bundle". I did get and paid extra for the Other Box, but, they did say a word about the charging block at all. Now, I have to go back and pay for a charging block. Not very happy about that!

I went into the store to look into a business account and buying a new phone. They did not have much of a selection on the phones themselves but Christian took the time out to help me. He was very straightforward, honest and professional. He did his best to help me. I did walk out without a phone but I really appreciated his honesty. I highly recommend going here and I will definitely be back when the time is right.

I was helped as soon as I walked in and representative Karla was attentive and knowledgeable. Although I didn't buy a new phone she helped me Register an older phone with no problem. I highly recommend this shop and asking for Karla.

On January 27, I bought a router from this store. As the store employee explained to me - I can return the router for free within a month, so I decided to return the equipment.
I have been waiting for a month for the barcode to be sent to my e-mail, but all without result. I called customer service 4 times, they double-checked my address and made a new request to send me a barcode.
In the end I was charged $200 for a month of trying to return equipment I don't need.
In my opinion this is a perfect business plan: you give a person equipment that costs around $20, and a month later you earn $200 on this poor guy).
I do not recommend this company to anyone. You will spend your nerves but you will not get anything and you will get money for their mistakes ...

Michael was very helpful with helping me upgrade my phone. He was detailed with his quotes, explanation of different features, and had great conversation that made the process feel like it was only 5 minutes. I really enjoyed my experience!

I had made an appointment on 10/17/23 at 1:00 pm. I entered the store at 12:55. The one employee in the store was busy with a customer. I stated my name and said I had an appointment at 1:00 pm. The employee just said: "OK". I took a seat. At 1:30 pm I left the store. Not once had the employee acknowledged I was there. Not once did he say that it would be a long wait, despite my having an appointment. Not once did he address me.With management allowing this sort of "Customer Care", it is no wonder their stock is in the dumps. It is plainly very poor management
