Amazing service and wonderful staff. I was helped by Bruni and she made the process so much easier. Knowing myself, I'll probably be back there soon and I'll be going to her for any future purchases because she's helpful and knows so much about the products. Bruni also speaks Spanish, so if you need help in the store she's the one to go to. She's knowledgeable, and she makes you feel right at home with her kindness. Well I don’t usually spend the time to do these reviews, but after the wonderful service my wife and I received at Valliani’s in the Roseville Galleria. I wanted to let others know about them. My wife’s wedding ring lost several Diamonds and needed repair or to be replaced . The staff was at Valliani’s was so helpful and gave us so many options of repairs and new and there were some beautiful options, but in the end we decided on repair. There was no pressure during the process and “Kevin” met with us and we went over so many styles and ended up choosing to upgrade our stone. It was sent off and my wife was so stressed and worried, but when the ring came back she began cry at the site of the new setting and stones replaced. It was beautiful and made her happy and proud which made me happy. I know this is lengthy but if you’re in the market for new, repair, or upgrading; they are worth taking to and you won’t be disappointed. Once again, thanks to Kevin and Valliani’s at the Roseville Galleria.

Great customer service and high quality jewelry at a fair price. After shopping around for my wife’s engagement ring, I came to realize I wouldn’t find a better deal. Valliani was the best. I later ended up buying an enhancement ring to match and my wife couldn’t be happier. I’ve shown friends and family members this place an everyone was more than satisfied.

This is the best jewelry store I have ever been to. They were so professional, customer oriented and extremely friendly. Amy was so sweet and patient with my husband and I while we were looking at many different rings. Kevin was so knowledgable about the diamonds and took time to explain everything to us. He went through several options based on what we wanted and different price ranges. He gave us a good price for a beautiful wedding ring upgrade. The manager Omar was very nice and helpful with finding my husband a chain and pendant. They all made us feel very comfortable and they were truly trying to help us find the best buy for what we wanted, not like a normal jewelry store that usually makes you feel like they are trying to get over. We will definitely be returning for all of our future jewelry purchases.

Amazing knowledge and service . Worked with Kevin ,Omar and Amy. Was in there over an hour and a half and was treated like we were part of the family . Great selection of jewelry for my wife AND me! Kevin and Sabur were so friendly and helpful. They are a family owned store and they made shopping feel easy and personable. I ended up buying a necklace and bracelet from them and wanted the necklace customized to an adjustable length and they were able to do that for me quickly and for free!! So happy with my new pieces :) thank you!
