Worse service ever! Rural carrier leaves parcel box key half in my box & the rest was jammed in the box below. Roseville USPS would not answer their phone in the 2 days I attempted to report it - even though I tried calling at different hours throughout the two days. Finally left a note for the carrier.

Pretty busy location. The parking lot was pretty packed and the line was really long. The staff were somewhat friendly.
