“Another purchase of a reliable used Honda! This time it was a 2006 Acura TSX with actual low mileage and only one previous owner. We needed an economical commuter car and Brian Beck had one! I bought my last Honda Civic from him in 2001 (a 1997) that ran fantastic for 15 years and was in great shape when I resold it to a co-worker for his son to drive.I wish there were more small, honest specialty dealerships like Beck's that have been in business for over 35 years. They don't need a website or reviews because they have so much repeat word-of-mouth business being done the way car dealerships should be run. No B.S. - They show you what service has been done with the factcheck report and prices are all priced to sell at current market value prices (which for used cars is high right now thanks to the previous 3 years of lockdown aftermath).”

“Update to my prior review....we went back to do a 2nd test drive and requested not to work with who we were first assigned to. We were paired up with Josh who was excellent, professional, personable and smiled the whole time. He answered all questioned and treated us with respect. He took care of everything we needed for us to come back to complete the sale. We came back in next day and Josh was not in, we were paired up with Kirill and he was excellent as well. He took care of everything in a fair amount of time, answered all questions and was very nice and respectful as well. We are so far very happy with our new car. The con is the customer service number called and the direct store communication with that information given, seems to be a disconnect there. Wish they had a better system for communicating directly with the store. It gets a bit confusing going through 3rd party, phone system.”

“I would come back to this dealership. Purchased a black Chevy Cobalt from this dealership. Very nice people and the sales guy was very down to earth. We are extremely happy with our purchase. It's been a couple of years and this vehicle has been and an excellent buy. A minor tire sensor issue and a new gas cap are about the only thing that has gone wrong but other than that this car runs like a little champ for my young kid.”

One issue required several months (due to nationwide shortage at the time of the specific replacement part) to resolve, and Pedy followed through and resolved the issue as soon as the part was available.”
