“Right away, we knew we were in good hands when Jimmy Katumba came in and shook our hands. Our 2004 Toyota Corolla was totaled from a car accident. We had bought our totaled car long ago from Enterprise and were very very happy with Rosie as I called her. After expressing what we needed in a newer car being senior citizens, Jimmy knew exactly which car he had in mind to sell us. He took us out into the car lot and I got into the driver's seat and after driving around the lot for a while, I knew this was the car for us. Jimmy was knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. We signed all the papers and have been pleased with our newer 2022 Toyota Corolla. What I liked about Jimmy was that he didn't apply any pressure on us to get the car sold. “All I can say is, I'm so glad I purchased my car here. I had such a great experience the day I bought my Corvette from them. The customer service was excellent. They were extremely friendly from the moment I walked in. I was honest with them and told them I wasn't completely sure I'd qualify for the car. They told me to go shopping or run some errands and they'd call me and let me know what they could do. An hour later they called and told me they could do it and to come back so I could sign papers on my dream car. The process couldn't have gone any smoother than it did. They're amazing! Fast forward...I've owned my vehicle for 10 months and I am so pleased with them that I have brought it back for an oil change and I will continue to bring it back for all maintenance. I have to say Brennan was very nice when I brought it in for service and Bill(the owner) is extremely helpful. Roseville Automaxx rocks in my opinion. I'd definitely refer customers to them.

“Another purchase of a reliable used Honda! This time it was a 2006 Acura TSX with actual low mileage and only one previous owner. We needed an economical commuter car and Brian Beck had one! I bought my last Honda Civic from him in 2001 (a 1997) that ran fantastic for 15 years and was in great shape when I resold it to a co-worker for his son to drive.I wish there were more small, honest specialty dealerships like Beck's that have been in business for over 35 years. They don't need a website or reviews because they have so much repeat word-of-mouth business being done the way car dealerships should be run. No B.S. - They show you what service has been done with the factcheck report and prices are all priced to sell at current market value prices (which for used cars is high right now thanks to the previous 3 years of lockdown aftermath).”

I Bought a 2010 Porsche Panamera Turbo here and it says good condition but when I look into it in-person, I can say it's excellent, and a 3 years warranty with unlimited mileage was included. They have an excellent service center on top of it too when you buy a car here. 100% recommended. I live in San Jose and I drove all the way here to Sacramento just to get my car. “On June 19, 2024, my wife and I purchased a 2022 Toyota Highlander from CARMAX. the vehicle had a little over 17,000 miles and was in excellent condition.
When we arrived at CARMAX we were assisted by Salim Salim. I advised him that we had seen a certain vehicle, the Highlander, on the website that we were interested in seeing. Salim had the Highlander brought around to the front of the showroom for us to inspect. After checking over the Highlander we took it for a test drive. We were very satisfied with the Highlander, although it’s difficult to really evaluate the vehicle after a short test drive. However with the 10 day, no
question asked return policy, we decided to purchase the Highlander.
As much as we have never enjoyed the ordeal of buying a vehicle, this was a much different experience. Salim, our sales rep. was polite and respectful with answering all of our questions and concerns. We never felt pressured by Salim. We then competed the purchase and took our vehicle home.
The first thing I did after getting home was to have my personal mechanic do a thorough inspection of the vehicle. He advised me that the Highlander was in excellent condition except that the left rear shock absorber had a leak. He gave me an invoice to replace both rear shocks. I contacted CARMAX service department, Alexsi, and advised her of the needed repair. A few moments later she gave me authorization to have the repair completed and that I would receive reimbursement. I received reimbursement within 10 days.
My experience working with CarMax was exceptional. Every person I dealt with was polite and helpful. I would highly recommend CarMax to anyone planning to purchase a vehicle.

“March 19th bought exactly the car I was looking for from Alex at the Folsom location. Driving from Modesto complicated the purchase and would have made for a bummer if the car hadn’t been exactly as represented. Won’t talk about price as it was WAY more than I wanted to spend but it has turned out to be one of those instances where price really doesn’t matter. The experience at the dealership was totally copacetic and refreshing, mutual trust cut to the chase, deal done and on my way home in record time. Was no problem in leaving my other vehicle there in the back lot for a couple days while I figured out how to get it home. The car has turned out to be 100% as represented and well up to the premium price. Wanted to wait to make this review until all the DMV stuff came in which happened today, as with every other aspect of the transaction, smooth as smooth can be. Nice to know you can still get what you pay for and from awesome professionals who know what they’re doing and how to do it.”
