Absolutely worst female employee I’ve ever. UNFORTUNATELY I had to try and return an Amazon package with. Beware of the black haired lady working on the weekends she gets worst employee trophies. Obviously hates her job there treats customers so disrespectful! I’m calling the manager Monday to file a complaint! I was having a great day until my encounter with her today.

I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff at my local UPS store. Whether I'm here for supplies, dropping off a prepaid package, or doing an Amazon return, I've found the location convenient, with close parking usually available. They work quickly to get customers in and out while still providing excellent service. During mornings, lunch hour, or holidays, I need to set my expectations to wait a few minutes longer, but usually I've gotten in and out. I especially appreciate the Amazon kiosk so I don't need to wait in line. I recommend The UPS Store if you're looking for printing, shipping, etc!

They are THE WORST!!!! They have one kiosk for Amazon returns & they make you stand in line! But if the line gets long, they may decide to enter at the register! They are VERY LAZY!!!!! And have ZERO customer service skills!

This location is the worst. Expecting the customer to use Amazon self serve kiosk for returns ... News flash I'm not an employee... You do it for me! If this a requirement for Amazon packages now.. You'll need to pay me... maybe you shouldn't have taken on the contract to have these returns brought to you.

Please do something about Tam. I had everything together to do return to Amazon. All he had to do was scan it. Refused me and wanted me to stand in a long line at the self serve ... is this something new ....your employees can grin and refuse to help you when they are standing around doing "nothing!"Ups have something against Amazon returns? And helping customers ? I will not return to this location.. there are many complaints on here about same person ... think about it!

Customer service has taken a deep dive down. I will no longer be going to this location. It seems lately they are complicating Amazon returns. I don't know what the Asian guys name is but he provides inaccurate information pushing customers to either make a purchase from them or they can't make the return even though you have followed Amazon return packaging requirements. I went to a different location and had absolutely no issues. Avoid this location.

Donald was super helpful, kind and professional. He even helped me get my box out of my car because I’m pregnant and I couldn’t lift it out of the car. I really appreciated his help.

Tam should be fired. He is rude and ignores customers. Came in with a return he refused to take although it was exactly how Amazon instructed me to bring int. Had to go to the other UPS store and they accepted it no problem. Came in there another time and unfortunately Tam was working again and he noticed me standing there ignored me boxed up and taped 3 boxes and then acknowledged me just to order me over to the self service center and refused to take my returns or help me with how it worked. I don't think all made it properly. There was nobody in the store when I walked in but when I walked out there was a huge line of unhappy customers behind me (10+). This was due to Tam ignoring me for 3 boxes and then not providing any help. Fire Tam!

I went into this location yesterday to mail out an item that fit inside a CD box that I purchased at this location. I told the female clerk I wanted to send it the cheapest way possible with tracking using USPS. She proceeds to quote me a price of $27 and some change to ship it ground. I tell her no I want to use the post office Do you guys do ship via USPS correct and she tells me yes. Then she tells me okay the cheapest I could send it is $26. I tell her I ship out hundreds of items to Florida every year and it is never cost me more than $9. She tells me shipping parcel select Is the cheapest she can do for this It must be because it's in Florida why it's so expensive. So I tell her just charge me for the box I'll take it to the post office where they're going to charge me less than $10 to ship it. And she said okay. I live in the apartment complexes right behind the shopping center that this location is at. I will never go back horrible customer service makes no sense that she's trying to rip people off or if she's not trying to rip people off she doesn't have enough knowledge to know that there's many different ways to ship an item. In the end I drove across town to the post office and shipped my item in their box for $9. And that was with insurance.

I came in to print some papers, my personal experience was fine. Woman behind the counter who says she’s been with UPS since 2007 I believe, was rude, impatient, and condescending to an elderly woman who was confused about how to ship her package. I felt so bad I had to intervene and help the elderly woman out.I feel like the employees don’t realize they’re bottom of the barrel of a multi billion dollar company and they need to act professionally because UPS will have no problem replacing them. This review is as far all I’ll go, but I really should be opening a case with corporate. If it was my grandmother you guys spoke to like that, I’d be livid.

After months of waiting for my refund check for a lost package I finally get a check and it doesn't include the shipping . I paid them to lose my stuff. They will not pay for the shipping because I packed it ?! It's been very frustrating. I did not accept the payment because I don't feel this is right. My package was to be delivered the same day I had spinal surgery. I haven't had the time nor the energy to try and stick up for myself with them. I asked to contact the manager regarding my issue and was denied direct access so I asked if they could contact me and I have yet to hear anything back. All I want is to be made whole. My package was never delivered even though I paid for it .UPDATE: I was contacted by the General Manager 2 days after this post. The manager was very apologetic even though the manager had been out on leave when the incident occurred. I appreciate the rapid response and resolution . I believe whole heartedly that this whole situation (misinformation) could have been avoided however, everyone makes mistakes. I originally gave one star but have since edited my review to three stars. The Ups Store is close to my job and house so now that my issue has been resolved I can return .

Ship very frequently with UPS but rarely go into a UPS store. I had a single box with pre paid label and was told that I couldn't put a shipping label on the manufacturers box and ship it. Again, shipped this specie combo many of times and never been told this so I look it up. UPS's website specifically says you can if it's a new or newer box. Went back in to show her this and she again refused to take the prepaid....asked her to show me where it said she couldn't take it and she said her boss's told her???So bottom line is Stephanie and her boss's aren't easy or even reasonable to do business with so I definitely will not be coming back.
