Our office printer is acting up and although we ordered a new one it is not here yet. We have a trial tomorrow and needed several things printed in color as well as large poster sized boards. I didn't think of them until the last minute (day before) and they were able to assist me - and explain now I needed to make my documents to ensure that they were not pixelated when printed in a large format. Excellent service!

5/18/24 Used UPS in the Renaissance Creek shopping center on Sierra College Blvd for a Notary service. It was very clear I was intruding on Donald's day when told him I was there for my appointment with the notary. I didn't know he was the notary as well as the front desk person. I asked Donald if that was all I needed when he signed the page I handed him and he arrogantly said 'yes' and then told me I didn't need an appointment and next time I just need to stand in line. I sent in the notarized papers and guess what, I needed a 'Jurat' as listed in the notary instructions for California that he failed to read. That oversight cost me several days in this financial transaction. I went back in on the 26th and asked for the Jurat. I asked him if we needed to do the form again and he said 'no'. Again I trusted that he was the 'expert'. He did the Jurat and used the 5/26/24 date on it. I sent it back in. It was rejected again because now the date on the Jurat and the date of the signature that he was certifying that he had witnessed did not match. 6/1/24 went back in, told to come back at 2 because that would be when a notary would be in, not Donald which I was ok with even though I would have to pay the fee again. Went back after 2 since I hadn't had time to look for another notary, it was a Saturday and I knew one would be here. But no, the info I had been given by the employee looking at the schedule in the morning was wrong. There was no notary. 2 weeks lost, $$$ lost since stock market dropped during this time, no refund on fees, and amateur notary service. Just find a real notary that will listen to you, pay attention to what he is doing, and isn't rushing through it to pack boxes and tape envelopes. I eventually used Granite Bay Postal across the street instead. At least they read the directions, listened to what I needed and answered my questions.

My recent visit to store# 6768 left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
To make matters worse, the owner's behavior was downright appalling. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, he resorted to threatening me with physical violence. This kind of aggression has no place in any business establishment.
Furthermore, I was shocked by the arbitrary policies they claimed to enforce, which resulted in me being turned away and forced to seek services elsewhere. It's unacceptable for a business to invent rules on the spot to inconvenience customers.
Overall, my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I urge potential customers to think twice before patronizing this establishment. With their dismal customer service, arbitrary policies, and aggressive owner, there are plenty of better options out there.

Snotty Asian girl at the front took my Amazon return, literally all she had to do was scan it and give me a receipt, then told me “next time you need to do it yourself at the Kiosk behind you (which by the way was overflowing with boxes coming out). I’m sorry, is that not her job?? Never again, will I go to that location!

Absolutely worst female employee I’ve ever. UNFORTUNATELY I had to try and return an Amazon package with. Beware of the black haired lady working on the weekends she gets worst employee trophies. Obviously hates her job there treats customers so disrespectful! I’m calling the manager Monday to file a complaint! I was having a great day until my encounter with her today.

I appreciate the friendly and helpful staff at my local UPS store. Whether I'm here for supplies, dropping off a prepaid package, or doing an Amazon return, I've found the location convenient, with close parking usually available. They work quickly to get customers in and out while still providing excellent service. During mornings, lunch hour, or holidays, I need to set my expectations to wait a few minutes longer, but usually I've gotten in and out. I especially appreciate the Amazon kiosk so I don't need to wait in line. I recommend The UPS Store if you're looking for printing, shipping, etc!

They are THE WORST!!!! They have one kiosk for Amazon returns & they make you stand in line! But if the line gets long, they may decide to enter at the register! They are VERY LAZY!!!!! And have ZERO customer service skills!

This location is the worst. Expecting the customer to use Amazon self serve kiosk for returns ... News flash I'm not an employee... You do it for me! If this a requirement for Amazon packages now.. You'll need to pay me... maybe you shouldn't have taken on the contract to have these returns brought to you.

Please do something about Tam. I had everything together to do return to Amazon. All he had to do was scan it. Refused me and wanted me to stand in a long line at the self serve ... is this something new ....your employees can grin and refuse to help you when they are standing around doing "nothing!"Ups have something against Amazon returns? And helping customers ? I will not return to this location.. there are many complaints on here about same person ... think about it!

Worst UPS store ever. They dont take customers as they come in. It all depends on what you are there for. If you are there for amazon and someone else is there to buy stuff. They separate the lines even though all cash registers can take returns. So if the amazon line is longer, and someone comes in for another service they may get out of there before you. Secondly, ups stores have contracts and get paid to take amazon returns. If you have a box that needs tape, most other ups stores tape for free. This one the 9 others that are associated with this owner charge $1 for using a few inches of tape! I wont buy a roll of tape for something so small. I understand that amazon doesn’t pay for the stores supplies, BUT Amazon pays you to take in returns. A little good customer service wouldnt be a bad idea. A little tape for a box wont hurt your profits. Especially when other stores not owned by this owner dont charge for tape. Wouldnt come here again.

Customer service has taken a deep dive down. I will no longer be going to this location. It seems lately they are complicating Amazon returns. I don't know what the Asian guys name is but he provides inaccurate information pushing customers to either make a purchase from them or they can't make the return even though you have followed Amazon return packaging requirements. I went to a different location and had absolutely no issues. Avoid this location.
