For context - I am a teacher and a new student was added to my class. I needed to their name tag laminate. I used my lunch to drop a single name tag @ 12:30pm and I asked it to be ready at 3:30pm. When I arrived to pick it up, it hadn’t been laminated. They then said it would be a a few minutes. I then followed up with, “do you offer a teacher discount? The FedEx store on Lonetree does.” They looked at me like I was crazy and said no. 15-minutes later (mind you I have another job to get to) 3 people couldn’t figure out how to laminate the tag as it was too long for their Amazon sized laminator and continued to have me wait rather than apologizing and addressing their machine was too small for what I needed. I ended up leaving. Wouldn’t recommend them, especially to teachers that have lamination needs. Go to FedEx on Lonetree! They have big machines and are timely!
