My initial visit to this UPS store turned out to be an unfortunate and disappointing experience. Regrettably, I encountered a staff member named Alex who exhibited a lack of courtesy and impatience, which resulted in an unpleasant scene for all customers to witness. This encounter left me feeling uncomfortable and distressed. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed during my visit, and regretfully, I cannot recommend returning to this establishment.

If I come into the UPS store and I go to the counter that means I'm not interested in going to the kiosk. The customer service guy said do you know how to use the kiosk, I said I did, he says well come over here to the kiosk, I said that's okay. So he says, no come on over here and I will help you. Ridiculous. I said I will do it, it is stupid we are both standing at the kiosk. If I wanted to go to the kiosk I would have. What a waste of time. Next time I will use another UPS store, where customer service does their job, and doesn't feel the need to insist I go to a kiosk. Lastly, the kiosk box was full. The customer service guy shouldn't have been standing around when the kiosk box was full. Lol. Zero common sense. I just can't.

Was treated very rudely today. Showed me how to get receipt for a labeled UPS package. Explained that when I was there last week I was told to put in a cart. Was told it had to be USPS. IT WAS UPS. She never looked at my package. This is the second time I was treated rudely. I will not be using this store again.

I needed to send a couple of birthday presents to my daughter at UCSB, but didn't have a box the right size and so I just took my gifts and the card in a shopping bag to the UPS store and I explained that it was for my kid's birthday in Isla Vista in five days. My clerk/Robin was smart, personable and efficient. She took care of everything and sent me on my way. An hour or so later she called twice before she got ahold of me to ask me whether I meant to include one of the receipts for one of the presents that I had left in the bag. Of course I told her 'no'. But I thought her calling and asking me was such a thoughtful thing to do. THAT is was I think of as great customer service.

Horrible. Paid $130 for an overnight delivery that never left their store until the next day causing an extra day delay. Took no responsibility for their error. Their answer the truck left right before you were here. Then don’t promise an overnight delivery and take my money that will be returned but not for 7-10 business days. Should have been immediately returned. Steer clear of this place if at all possible.

Rude. Customer service guy at front told me the item I had came in a bag or box from Amazon. I did not receive this item in a box or Amazon bag as Amazon has the option on having items packaged or not. This item was not. He told me to use a Amazon bag... if I had I would have used.

The person that works here Alex is so cool, he took care of me and ten other people at the same time one after another and even with phone customers calling non stop, answered all the questions was courteous and efficient at the same time. He should be an instructor in the ups headquarters on how to give fantastic customer service ?

So you can print my receipts and labels no problem for no fee but you can't print a prepaid label I send you for free? I'm not paying you twice!

For a small box (14x14x14) they charge me $12 and print one A4 page charged me $5.

A new low in customer service. I thought things were bad but this place and their lack of caring about anything is something to avoid. It would be better run by prison inmates or the state.

I wish I could give zero stars. First the clerk was incredibly rude after my first question which was can a buy some paper to use in my boxes. I ended up buying bubble wrap for $5.99. No problem. Clerk asked if I brought my own tape to seal the prepaid boxes. I had not. As I added the bubble wrap she taped the boxes. About 12-15” of tape on 4 boxes. I thanked her for doing that. My total $11.99. I was charged $5.00 for about 4’ of clear tape. She NEVER asked me if I wanted to pay for the tape.Do not ever go this store, between price gouging and rude clerk this franchise owner should be ashamed! Go out of your way to avoid this store.(I usually use the location across from Sutter Roseville and get amazing service there)

Didn't have the courtesy or decency to call the customer to let them know their finger print tech wasn't in at the time I made an appt. Worker said she got no notifications of an appt; looked back at a screen that wasn't even on. I received multiple emails but you guys didn't receive a single one? Thank you for wasting my time and money.

Bad customer service. I came in because the labels were not printing correctly at home and they dare charged me $3.21 per label. I could've put my labels on it I think its ridiculous that you made me pay for that. I won't return to this location and in the future I will use FedEx since they don't charge to print labels.
