useless place, their manager doesn't allow them to overwork, so the worker can help customer longer. they don't accept FEDERAL TYPE OF IDENTIFICATION such as work authorisation. we came in to do notary, they were not comfortable with our work permit. they did not stay all the rules at the beginning, and turned out to be that everyone needs to know english. I have asked if they have translators because their job basically needs it, they said no, and refused to do notary even though I already have signed my document in front of them. employer Maria :)

This UPS store location doesn't deserve any stars!!! I returned 2 amazon packages on Saturday May 18th 2024 around 4pm. One of the packages was received by Amazon, while the other one is lost in UPS hell somewhere and NO ONE wants to actually be helpful and find my package. I called on Monday May 20th and left a message and got no call back. I called again Tuesday May 21st and spoke with a male employee who basically told me there wasn't anything that could be done. Then today I called again after speaking with Amazon and spoke with a manager who was less then helpful!!! I will NEVER use this location to drop any packages off!!! Beware they lose things and then act like it's your fault!!!!!

Excellent customer service, literally “all” the time. I live close to this store and have been going there for years. Never once have I not received the utmost satisfaction with their services! That’s why I keep going back.

Staff is extremely rude and wouldn’t help return a package. The lady pointed towards the iPad across the room and ran into the back of the building so she didn’t have to deal with us…

My initial visit to this UPS store turned out to be an unfortunate and disappointing experience. Regrettably, I encountered a staff member named Alex who exhibited a lack of courtesy and impatience, which resulted in an unpleasant scene for all customers to witness. This encounter left me feeling uncomfortable and distressed. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed during my visit, and regretfully, I cannot recommend returning to this establishment.

If I come into the UPS store and I go to the counter that means I'm not interested in going to the kiosk. The customer service guy said do you know how to use the kiosk, I said I did, he says well come over here to the kiosk, I said that's okay. So he says, no come on over here and I will help you. Ridiculous. I said I will do it, it is stupid we are both standing at the kiosk. If I wanted to go to the kiosk I would have. What a waste of time. Next time I will use another UPS store, where customer service does their job, and doesn't feel the need to insist I go to a kiosk. Lastly, the kiosk box was full. The customer service guy shouldn't have been standing around when the kiosk box was full. Lol. Zero common sense. I just can't.

Was treated very rudely today. Showed me how to get receipt for a labeled UPS package. Explained that when I was there last week I was told to put in a cart. Was told it had to be USPS. IT WAS UPS. She never looked at my package. This is the second time I was treated rudely. I will not be using this store again.

I needed to send a couple of birthday presents to my daughter at UCSB, but didn't have a box the right size and so I just took my gifts and the card in a shopping bag to the UPS store and I explained that it was for my kid's birthday in Isla Vista in five days. My clerk/Robin was smart, personable and efficient. She took care of everything and sent me on my way. An hour or so later she called twice before she got ahold of me to ask me whether I meant to include one of the receipts for one of the presents that I had left in the bag. Of course I told her 'no'. But I thought her calling and asking me was such a thoughtful thing to do. THAT is was I think of as great customer service.
