Do not go on Sundays. Woman working is rude to customers, complaining to the whole store about how she's always alone on Sundays. Fix your staffing and/or hire customer service oriented people.

Quite possibly the worst uPS store in operation. Rude employees who couldn’t care less about helping a customer. Consistent overcharging and upselling of unneeded services. Recently an employee was too lazy to scan a preprinted label and wanted to charge $3 to reprint it. Avoid.

I never have a problem every time I go to the ups store, not only is this location one of my favorites to go to the people who work there are kind and always helpful.

This review is specifically for Elias M. who helped me out with a notary issue. The store was very busy at the time I came in and he was working alone. However, he patiently listened to my concern, resolved it, and was able to take care of my transaction without any problems. In a time when good customer service is the exception rather than the rule, I am very appreciative of Elias' assistance.

Went to purchase book of stamps. $13.20. They wanted to charge $17.20! The clerk said it was their upcharge! 33% upcharge!So I went next door to savemart... no upcharge!

Beware of sending Amazon returns from this store, they lose your packages and Amazon will hold you responsible.That apart, they charge a $1 to slap a little piece of tape on your package. Cheap beyond description, avoid this UPS store. The other UPS store never charged a $1 just to slap a piece of tape that takes 2 seconds of their time.

Just went in and had HORRIBLE customer service from a girl named Brie for the second time this week. Terrible attitude when I had a simple question, customer service has gone down the toilet because of people like this.

Avoid the woman who works on Sundays. She was so incredibly rude and dismissive when I asked for assistance with my private mailbox. Basically she just wanted me to get out of her hair. I kindly asked for some help because when UPS setup my mailbox there, apparently there was still someone using it, and so they asked me to come back in a week. When I walked up, she acted like- well what do you want? And she wanted me to hurry up. When I asked her for help, her response was "you need to come back Monday when the manager is working because I only work Sundays, so I don't know what's going on, OK???" ...ok, so then what is the point of you working on Sundays at all, if you don't have any idea what's going on? Lol. It's kind of your job. Her total obliviousness to customer service, combined with how unprofessional it was to give me a mailbox that someone else was already using, made me never want to come back here again. It's better to get a PO Box at USPS or find a different UPS location.
