Needed to do about 10 Amazon returns, I was told I had to use return machine and would not be helped at the counter. Happy to take my business to another UPS store.

Person working there was unhelpful, rude, and acted like I was an inconvenience. Gave back a star because I've had decent service in the past. Should be 1 star.

Took care of me for my Live Scan ... it was very personable quickly handled it and made me feel comfortable. Good humored.
