Ok, this bank is way too much work. Union Bank owns the note on my house. They sent a advertisement in the mail get a 2nd for a great rate, etc. it is a good deal. However, Union Bank had poor poor communication with their customers. Next thing that puts icing on the cake is all support calls (long wait times) but then your in India or someplace. These folks are not speaking English very well. If you ask them a question they ask the same question over and over. I finally asked to be transferred back to the USA, endless home times. Folks, this is not one phone call here, it's been every phone call. Run line hell!

They don't pick up their phone, it is quite a problem when the atm breaks down over the weekend and one is trying to straighten out the cash deposit that was taken with no receipt or possibility to return the deposit.

Teller, branch manager Westin, ignored me while I was at his window so long I got back into line. He then immediately assisted the "next" person, clearly his preferred demographic. He apologized when I asked for the branch manager, but refused to provide the name if his own supervisor. Unless you are a white man over 40, go to a different branch.
