Customer service at this location really sucks and I will never shop at Ulta again. I will rather order what I need from elsewhere. I got the stuff I was looking for and got in the checkout line. There was clearly no sign or any sort of indication of where the line starts. I was confused and since there were no people in line I just waited on one side. The two girls that were serving other clients at the moment were very slow and it took them very long to checkout the customer. I waited so long, then one of the girls at the register was very hostile and told me the line starts on the other side. So I had to go to the other side after I waited for so long and stand behind people who got in line after me?make it make sense. Needless to say she could’ve told me that sooner, not after I stood in line for 10 minutes. Once i finally got to the register, I was clearly upset by this experience and instead of apologizing, the girl that was helping me was just rolling eyes with the other employee and smiling. Why do I I have to be disrespected as a customer who came in to spend money at your shop? Shopping for beauty used to be therapeutic, now it’s hostile.

Stylist were nice but every time I come to this location I’m disappointed by the quality of work. I recently got my hair cut here and the stylist cut my layers uneven. I don’t even like layers and she gave me layers. Shopping here is great that’s why I give the 2 stars but if you’re wanting your hair done I don’t recommend here

Isabella is absolutely amazing. That girl knows her stuff and she’s very informative. I feel like I was getting a serious skincare lesson and it really went a long way. Big store with almost anything related to Beauty products and hair. Even the tools. All different name brands of makeup and nails and perfume.

I’ve recently been wanting to get more in to makeup and for the past few times whenever I needed a product I would stop by Ulta. I am not one to comment or write a review about a business, but I’ve noticed an extreme level of hostility from the employees. Whether it being asking for help with a certain product or just paying at the cash register I have never been met with a pleasant experience. As someone who is new to makeup I would have loved if the employees showed some level of respect or interest in helping, but each time without fail it feels as though I am burdening on them. I do not feel as though this specific location of Ulta has provided adequate customer service and will not be returning as a result.

Got the opportunity to be helped by JEN and she was amazing! She was patient and knowledgeable with the many products that I was interested in. She took the time to understand my wants and needs as a beginner with makeup!

I recently took my 3-year-old to J’lyn for braids, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! J’lyn was incredibly patient, understanding that little ones need breaks, and she created a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The braids turned out beautifully, showcasing her exceptional skill and attention to detail. My daughter loved the whole process and left with a big smile. I highly recommend J’lyn for anyone looking for a talented and caring hairstylist. Five stars!

Great customer service! I came in for a few things and wanted to pick up a lighter foundation shade (my skin had gotten pale in the winter) but I couldn't remember what my previous shade was. The employee saw me swatching on my hand (I was about to give up) and politely asked if I needed help. She color matched me on her first try. With the correct undertones. When I got back home I wanted to double check the undertones and it was all correct! It was the exact shade number I wanted!

Why pay $12 for a fancy pair of tweezers on Amazon that will get delivered free to your door when you could waste time and gas money to come here and pay $29 for them? This store is gross.
