I was going to buy a car this weekend but theres a no haggle thing so I I'll keep looking. The car I was going to buy is 14 years old and they wanted the exact retail msrp price of the vehicle. I think I could smell coolant and I think the front bumper was replaced on the car I was looking at buying.

Buyer beware! Obviously, used cars are risky, but this dealership knowingly sold us a car with multiple problems that have been thousands of dollars to fix. The error codes have been on the car for 10,000 miles so there is no way this car legitimately passed smog before we bought it. Do not waste your money and stay away from these crooks.

They have some nice cars! I ended up getting a 2002 Toyota solara, it's a good choice so. Tony is a solid gentleman! ?

We went there Saturday to look at and possible purchase a 2011 BMW X3. The young man who initially came to us on the lot was nice, respectful and helpful. We test drove the vehicle and liked it. When we went to the office after the test drive to discuss purchasing the vehicle the Sales Manager is who we spoke with, or rather forcefully spoke to us. He was pushy, harsh and tried pushing their over the top charges on us. First when we went to the office I needed to use the restroom. While there the manager tried hurriedly push all down my Friends thought, (because she is a woman I guess). totally crazy inflated charges. I tried to speak with him and discuss the charges and rates, he became very pushy and rushed. We stood up and walked out on him. NO WAY were we going to buy a vehicle from them, NOT A CHANCE. THEY WILL GET YOU IN AND TOTALLY GET INTO YOU BAD............Too Bad, they could have had a sale if they had just been straight and honest.

I purchased a 2007 Lexus here. Got a great deal and great customer service. We discovered a problem with the lights the first night we drove it and they took care of fixing them for me. :)

Everything is easy until you are done buying a car. Then when you have an issue and leave messages on their service line (2) and office manager line (4) as well email... They ghost you. Thanks for the no help on the 3500 repair needed at 300 miles after driving off their lot. Not even a word of 'sorry that happened'... Rather I got told by 'Mike' that I bought a used car and that's the way it goes sometimes.

I bought a car from triple crown and it was such a hassle free process. I walked the whole lot and one salesman at the beginning introduced himself and said if you want to test drive a vehicle or see one that’s locked please let me know. We were left to our own devices to pursue the lot. I test drove two vehicles and purchased one. It was easy and fast.

Went to this dealership with my son, he found a car he was very excited about so we got it. Literally one week later the clutch went out, my son contacted the dealership multiple times to see what they could do considering it had only been 1 week. He got jerked around and then ignored, we took it to a shop and I’m now in the hole $2000 for a clutch, flywheel, shifter cables, and axle boot replacement on top of still paying off the car. There is no way the dealership didn’t know about these issues, my mechanic showed me the clutch disc and flywheel and they were severely warped. Lesson learned never buy from a small dealership.

We purchased a beautiful Buick Lacrosse a couple of weeks ago for our daughter's first car, she loves it! We researched for 5 months, internet pricing, phone calls to dealers, etc., we are pretty particular with our research. We are very pleased with our purchase. We traveled for the second time (another dealer in January) 2.5 hours in hopes it would all work out and it did! Many thanks to the kind and professional Salesman Alex in Roseville. On our trip, we also went to the Folsom location to drive another Buick, those folks were super nice and professional as well. I really like the fact Alex and his colleagues talk with you and not at you as so many sales folk do these days. They let you make the choices, what a nice way to do business, no pressure, no sales pitches. We went back to buy the first Buick we drove at the Roseville location. Easy peezy, in and out is just what makes it such a great place to buy. We always pay cash so their prices, which were spot on, correct and fair worked great for us. Brought the car in the Tuesday after purchase to our repair shop for all the safety check, passed just fine. Thank you Alex! When we need to buy again, we will be back :).

Worst experience ever , save your money people and go to a Real dealership . We purchased a car from there and only 2 months after the car was leaking oil from multiple engine parts took it to a mechanic shop and turns out costing us $10k to replace and fix everything. Almost the same value of the car.

I did not even look at a car. I had $12,000 cash in hand looking a Honda Civic. The kid walks out and tells me to just move my truck rudely. I parked in a open area, I'm driving a F450 not a small vehicle by any means. I made sure I was out of the way by the 20 empty spaces. I was shocked by how rude the young guy was. I just moved my butt right to another car lot. No need to spend money at place that is rude.

I took my friend, Doug, over there to buy a truck in October. He paid around $14,000 and unfortunately signed an "as is" agreement. Three months later, he had to get some extensive repairs done that any responsible dealer would have been aware of. The cost: $10,000. He went back to the dealer who essentially told him to pound sand. Avoid this used car dealer at all costs as he is a perfect example of why this profession is seen in such a bad light.

Sitting in their office right now and they have been absolutely amazing. My friend recommended them. I'm a single mom who just needs a vehicle to get my children the 10 miles to school. Everyone else has been less than helpful. Triple Crown has gone through numerous steps to help me get a reliable little car. Thanks so much to Steven for getting it started and Michael for finishing it out. I truly appreciate you.Thank youStacia, Daniel, & Family
