I listened to the recent 1 star reviews and still had the audacity to give this place a chance. Don't be like me, learn from my experience and the others who have left negative reviews before and after me -- please spare yourself any stress or disappointment. Even if you are desperate please find another dealership or just deal with your desperation in another constructive way this place isn't worth a minute of your time or your hard earned money. Keep in mind that this happened yesterday on January 11th 2024 I'm gonna share a few things that led me to leaving this negative review: - the dealership not honoring the kelly blue book (kbb) instant cash value- the shady tactics they used to attempt to "seal the deal" and how they treated me when trying to buy a vehicle cash.1. Despite the negative reviews I gave this place a chance because I was offered $3,730 instant cash value from kelly blue book, however the dealer did not honor this and they first offered me $800 for my fully paid off car that has minor scratches, no dents, or mechanical issues.... the highest they said they could offer was $2,200. They only went that high because I showed them the instant quote email from kelly blue book. Howard the assistant sales manager tried to dismiss the instant quote saying its nothing more than an algorithm. Like whats the point of using kbb instant quote on your site if you don't trust or honor their quotes?I reported them to kelly blue book who says that that even with minor scratches or dents if that was the case the offer should've never been that low. They also mentioned that dealers who don't honor these instant quotes cannot be a recommended dealer by kbb. If anyone runs into this issue please don't hesitate to reach out to kelly blue book customer service phone number or email to issue a complaint it takes only a few minutes and the complaint does go to their corporate office. With enough complaints this company will lose kbb credibility. The kbb instant quote is the only thing that made me overlook the negative reviews from multiple sites. I should've never negotiated past them not honoring this quote and that was a lesson learned for me and I hope my lesson learned helps someone else from making the same mistake I did.2. On top of them not honoring the instant quote, when I tried to buy a cheap low value car (worth maybe 6K) with high mileage (179,300 miles to be exact) in cash they insisted on having me sign a credit application. I refused because credit doesn't matter when you don't need financing. They said "this is just how we do things here." They had 2 sales people standing over the table telling me this at once as if multiple people saying the same thing makes it true... spoiler alert it doesn't. A quick internet search will tell you a credit application not needed and if the transaction isn't above $10,000 there is no need for any IRS forms, don't believe me search it for yourself. Google "is credit application needed for cash purchase."I was told they accept credit cards as payment in the beginning before any paperwork was filled out. Sales guy named Wadee understood, his manager who is an assistant sales manager named Howard also understood this. After multiple hours of back and forth with Howard going to the general manager and a finance guy to try and "negotiate" my deal I was then told they can accept my credit card, but only if I let them check my credit first. Telling me it was a SOFT inquiry that may temporarily affect my credit score.... yikes if you know better you know. All in all with the disrespect, the lies, the pushiness, the going in circles, and undervaluing of my car I am confident that I will avoid this dealership. 10 out of 10 wouldn't recommend.

Disappointing service experience. We were in the market for a new vehicle and had narrowed it down to two options, with one being at Roseville Toyota. The salesman initially provided an out-the-door price, claiming it would beat the competitor's offer. Excited, my husband took a day off to test drive the vehicle, fully prepared to make a cash purchase.However, our experience took a turn for the worse when the dealership failed to honor the promised price and instead gave him the runaround. This lack of transparency and failure to uphold their commitment left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. In hindsight, we regret not checking reviews before visiting, as it seems this is a recurring issue with their business practices..

We bought a Hybrid Camry yesterday at Roseville Toyota and because of Sales Associate, Noor Qasemi, we had truly enjoyable experience! He was kind and extremely informative. There were no awkward salesman moments at all and yet he is skilled in sales. Stephan and Patrick were also very helpful. There is a whole new fun and helpful vibe with Lithia. Next time you want to buy a car ask for Noor!

Extremely disappointing experience. I had scheduled the service appointment with more than 7 days in advance for a recall regarding the second key. When I checked in, I was informed everything was in order and it would take about one hour to get my car back. After 90 minutes, I was informed the service could not be completed because they had lost the key, so I needed to make a new appointment.Just terrible service!

Everyone was nice but I came for an oil change only and was told I needed $3,500 worth of stuff done when my car only has 62,000 miles and has been regularly serviced. It also took 2 hours for them to change the oil and filter at 7:00am on a Wednesday. Next time ill do it myself and save $130 on JUST an oil change

Excellent experience! This Toyota Service center uses advanced technology to access your cars needs. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I fully trust this dealer with my car. I've had a great experience from purchase to present moment. The customer service demonstrated here is becoming more and more rare in businesses. I value this Service center and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Kyle was very pleasant. Asked if I had any concerns, listened to my answer. Made me feel comfortable about having brought my car back to Toyota for service, stayed in touch via text, and had me out and down the road in short order. Very pleased and will continue to bring my Highlander in for any and all of its future needs.

I came to check the car before buying it from a private owner. They said it would cost $330. I paid, they checked, found no issues. The next day, problems emerged.Why offer a service if you don't do it properly.

I was not listened to or treated like I meant anything to their Dealership. This appointment was nothing but a money grab and there was nothing but excuses for why nothing was covered on the 2 or 3 extended warranties/service I purchased just months ago. How are the back brakes down to 2mm only 9 months after buying the car? How does the battery not pass/need to be replaced so soon? This should have been addressed when sold as a certified used car. Here are your recommendations for $900, no thank you, I’ll do them myself at a fraction of the cost if you don’t want to stand by your product.

Katlyn did a good job. But I am not happy with the dealer. When we went in get a key that we waited 8 months for it took a hour and half and we still did not get the key that is part of the fob. The last time I took the car in for service the tire low pressure light came on the next day I stopped at a tire shop there was only 30 lbs. in four tires and 45 lbs. in one.

Most excellent, as always. One of the techs asked if I wanted wiper blades installed, I said I would wait until it rains. Today it rained, I commented to the tech that I for sure got my money's worth out of those two strips of rubber! All the staff members I have encountered at Roseville Toyota show a remarkable set of "people skills," I always come away appreciating my truck and the service I get there. Thank you.

Shout out to Manish and Mohammed cir making our car buying experience a good one. Found the car we wanted at a way lower price than expected. I was able to negotiate the terms that weee right for us without feeling aggravated by the process. Manish is a genuinely nice human being and I'd highly recommend asking for him if you decide to shop here. Their inventory is also extensive compared to other dealerships.

Astronomical prices. Good solid workmanship, priced higher than you can imagine. I will do whatever my routine maintenance requires, but they always find three other items I need to have fixed. If money is an option. If you need to have something done and depend on good value for price. if you depend on a dealer giving you the best deal. This is not a viable option. Check around a little bit. My Prius is 10 years old. I simply cannot spend this much on maintaining this vehicle. It is in pristine shape. But I am going to have to go out and do some comparison shopping. I do not recommend dealer service.
