Absolutely terrible customer service! Bought a gel blaster for Xmas gift and it didn’t work. Tired all different ways to get it working but nothing. Took it back to the store and was told NO refunds or exchanges no matter what. Waste of money. Do Not Go There!

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Toy Shack. I made the mistake of purchasing a $700 off-road G Wagon for my 2-year-old, only to have it stop working after just a few months. When I approached the owner about the issue, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude.The owner had the audacity to tell me that it was not his fault and compared the toy car to a real car, claiming that if you don't drive it for a few months, the battery dies. This is absolutely ridiculous! I did not expect a child's toy to have the same maintenance requirements as a real vehicle.Furthermore, instead of offering any sort of resolution or assistance, the owner had the nerve to suggest that I should spend even more money to fix the problem. It is absolutely unacceptable that I am being asked to invest more money into a defective product that should have worked properly in the first place.I strongly advise against shopping at Toy Shack. Their lack of accountability, poor customer service, and unwillingness to stand behind their products is truly disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and money by shopping elsewhere where you will be treated with respect and receive quality products.

Don’t even bother shopping here. Their toys are overpriced for very cheap material. And they don’t offer refunds which you find out AFTER purchasing something, because they don’t bother telling you. I wish this place would shut down honestly, it’s a waste of a store

Horrible product. Everything is broken. If you try to take it back, they won't accept it. The staff is walking behind you, looking at every move you make. Very uncomfortable. Items are double and triple overpriced. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!

Not a very kid-friendly toy store. There is no touching signs on EVERYTHING. It's very uninviting and unfriendly. Is it because the toys are cheap quality and break easily? Are they just in the wrong business?The toys are pretty darn expensive for being generic brands as well. They have a large selection of those kids size battery cars (though they cost as much as a cheap, adult size, real car).Overall, a pretty uncomfortable stop on our trip to the mall, for children and adults alike.

I got a spider-man figure and it look great in the display, but it came in a plastic bag and the first one had an eye defect so I got a different one but it's pretty clear it's fake. It doesn't move much, it came out of the plastic already broken and it was 16 dollars. Buy at your own risk.

This is very bad place , very bad customer service he is tricking the people to purchase from the shop . I purchased one item from him which is double price than other stores and I tried to return it back after half hour but he said I don’t do any returns or even exchange . Thanks

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The guy working who calls himself the owner was beyond rude. We brought our 3 kids from 6-12 in who wanted to purchase some toys and they followed the "No Touching Toys" signs everywhere but were a bit confused as what rc boat was what price and what was a good one etc. We asked for help but he was too involved in his conversation on his cell phone to give us a hand, so after 15 minutes of waiting we decided to just leave. Apparently if you need help this is how you can get him to speak to you as this lead him to yelling at my children along with my wife and myself that we are horrible because we aren't buying anything and just went it to steal his information and then buy it online. He then continued to swear at my children and wife calling us theirs because we aren't buying and that it's not fair for us to go to his store and not buy anything to just go and buy online later.While his suggestion may end up being exactly what we do as we will never purchase from this abrasive rude man and his store ever. When telling him thank you for yelling at our children he began to swear at us. It's amazing this store is still open, as the many reviews posted here show his abrasive and rude remarks. Avoid at all costs!

The owner sold me an RC around $300. It broke he Promised to repair it. Gave him the parts A battery and the controller to the car he won't return any my calls and won't return My rc car Very dishonest Unprofessional. Don't buy from the store.

We visited Toy Shack a week ago and sent our son back here to complete the purchase of a Benz toy car for our granddaughter. Since my son could not transport the toy car himself, I had called in to confirm picking up of the car. A very nice gentleman had let us know that the car would be built and ready to be picked up that same night, we showed up the following evening. Will helped us upon picking up the car. Despite all the reviews we read, I must say that Will was very funny, very pleasant to work with. He’s customer oriented and very professional. He took the time to explain the instructions to us and loaded the car for us which was nearly 100lbs.We personally think people need to give this Toy Shack more chance and understand that items in this store are not cheap, very good quality and we all know how kids get, they don’t know any better and get overly excited and want to touch and move everything. In the event the kids' tips something over or breaks something, people just walk away so we understand the signs in the store or if they must tell parents not to let the kids touch the expensive products in the store, I’m sure they have taken lost due to mishaps from customer’s children.Thank you Will! Our granddaughter will be super excited to ride her new Benz and with weight limit of 130lbs, she’ll be riding it till she’s at least 6yo. ?

Has children’s toys but no one is allowed to touch anything. Must be a novelty store for adults. Person inside (maybe owner) is very rude.

Took my kid in here to look at cars guys had problems with anyone touching anything and signs all over saying ‘do not touch.’ If you’re going to have a ‘toy’ store you have to expect kids to touch things.

My buddy was touching the displays when he wasn’t supposed to, but he didn’t see the sign because he didn’t have his glasses on. An employee yelled at him do not touch and was really rude. I can’t even tell who works here half the time cause they have no identification or anything. Prices are so high for some simple toys. I can get these on Amazon for cheaper. Their cars seem really weird, not the normal type of power wheelers. Almost like they have been modified to most likely break as soon as you buy it. Honestly don’t go here unless your just in the mall looking around.
