Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice. It has laundry services available on site that you can do your laundry for $1.75 a load. There is a pool and gym but no hot tub. They have the standard Marriott breakfast items. They do have a little snack bar vending area if needed. Only complaint would be they have the slowest elevators in the world. It is in a good location. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Good for longer term stays with the kitchenette. Solid included breakfast too!

The worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel. If you’re there for BAR Exam, please do not stay here. The management specially manager Heidi is absolutely horrible. We had to complain all night for noise from upstairs room only to find out in the morning they checked in their regular customers who work for freeway construction all night going in and out of the room. Had to check out first thing in the morning and find a last minute reservation elsewhere. The manager promised refund only to go back on their word.
Rooms: Absolutely horrible to experience staying here given the management. However, the room was spacious and as described

Exactly what you would expect. Clean and averaged across the board: Front desk was very friendly. Maid service was less than satisfactory. Was here 6 nights they came in once even though
I selected every other night. When that came in they emptied 2 of the 4 garbages and didn’t make the bed. Kinda of weird.
All in nice place and it is exactly what one should expect

Rooms and property were very clean. The gentleman at the front desk during check in was so kind and very professional. If I’m ever in the area for another show I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Very friendly staff. Clean facility and a yummy breakfast to start your day.
I like the location and many places to frequent within walking distance.
I have stayed here multiple times and will do so again for next several weeks.
Highly recommend and reasonable price.

Mo at the front desk is a gem! The absolute best service from him. I cannot say enough.
The room was also cleaned to perfection every time.
The rooms are dated but nothing outrageous. Would stay here again.

I repeatedly mentioned I had a dog staying with me, each reply was "we are pet friendly" not once did they mention there was a separate non refundable charge of $150 which was not included in the price they quoted. Even at check in they told me since my room was prepayed they needed to swipe my card for a "$20 incidental fee". Again no mention of a pet fee. Post check out I had a $150 fee charged, a $130 charge pending in which they were unable to explain what for, and they kept $15 of the incidental fee. When I asked why they neglected to tell me of the pet fee when they swiped my card for the incidental fees, I was told "we don't have to tell you because there are a signs posted pet fees MAY apply". What good is a sign AFTER I check in???
Their first reasoning for not telling me about the fee was accusing me of sneaking my dog in the side door. After I told them that wasn't true because the person who checked me (the assistant manager) helped me unload my dog into my room.
End result, initial service upon entering is good, the room was descent, bathtub was not clean, and watch out for the hidden fees they don't have to tell you about. 1 night quoted at $175 turned into an additional $295 of hidden fees post check out. That's $470 for 1 night.

Great hotel from the Marriott chain...near rich Rocklin.
Free coffee, a nice breakfast room... on-site swimming pool.
The suite we booked was great, a great bed, TV, kitchenette and closet space and more.
Clean hallways, quiet location, quiet in the hallways. Shower-tub combo. Great view ...
The breakfast buffet was absolutely sufficient and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Gladly again ...

Charged us for a night we weren't there, and refused to refund us, then cancelled our reservation for the following night, even after we had called to confirm we would be there and told them we were running late and wouldn't be there till late, closer to 10-11pm, which we were told was fine. Then told us they didn't have a room for us - then he "found one" and put us in a 2 bedroom suite, which was a nice room. The other features of the property really needed to be more thoughtfully designed as you can barely wheel the luggage trolly through a doorway, not to mention trying to get it onto the microscopic elevator, them trying to maneuver it through tiny doorways and the small cramped lobby area.Beds were on the firm side, I like a softer bed, personally, but we slept okay and it wasn't miserable.Kitchen was nice.Bathroom was okay, had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower.Woke up at 7am sweating because the AC in the bedroom wasn't on and the AC/heat unit in the living room had come on with thermostat set at 80 degrees, so miserable, so if you stay here, be warned and check your thermostat.Breakfast was just okay, nothing to write home about.Parking lot was rather cramped.Probably wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again unless there was nothing else to choose from.Location was okay, by Chiles restaurant (if you like that) very close to I-65 in the corner of Fairway and Blue Oaks Blvd., I used to live in the area, and while it used to be a better part of town, there are homeless and riff-raff that mills about in the area off and on.1 star for service because of the charge AND mainly because they cancelled our reservation after we called and confirmed! NOT OKAY!4 stars for the room because it was set up like a regular little apartment with bedrooms and had a kitchen.

What. A. Dump. Dirty, room not fully serviced, TV didn’t work, and was greeted at the front desk by the employee folding the laundry and towels. Avoid this one folks.
