This store has the worst customer service. The girls that work there always and the look and attitude of “I’m so sick of my job! Just can’t wait to get off!” It’s small and cramp plus snobby customer service. SMH. Save your time and the disrespect and just order online because they don’t have anything available in the store anyways.

Awful experience in the store!! Adrienne, you are so rude. You're seriously one of the rudest sales associates to have ever "helped" us. I hope you see this and you remember us so you can do better with your future customers. When people come in to your store super happy and excited to shop, and leave upset after having spoke with you, just know it was you. Tania and Riley, thank you for being kind to us. I got my mom a pair of Cloud sandals for Mother's Day and they didn't fit, so we came to the store to browse in person... my mom liked the same exact pair and color in a 1/2 size bigger, so we tried doing an exact exchange. The sales associate, Tania, who was helping us ended up showing my mom the exact pair of sandals in another color and my mom loved them!! She totally adored the same style but in a different color, and it was still the same EXACT price. Different color. Same style. Same price. We asked if we would be able to do the even exchange for the other color and we were told yes. Because they both had the same exact price tag. They were both the same exact price with taxes and everything right? Tania came out and told me I had to pay a price difference. I asked why if they're the same price and she didn't know how to answer my question. So she said she was going to ask a manager and Adrienne came up to "help". And all Adrienne did was roll her eyes and repeat "I don't understand". Adrienne, at this location was upset to exchange the sandals for another color when they cost the same ? So, I offered to get the refund and just re buy them there, to make things less complicated and she was still bothered. And proceeded to ask me if someone else bought the shoes for me or gave me a discount?? So now I'm curious, if the shoes were already paid for, and I have the receipt, and I'm showing my email, and the price tags say the same price even IF they're different colors, why would the exact pair of sandals be more $? Why pay more? Like where is the extra charge coming from? When the price tag is exactly the same. Adrienne was super disrespectful in the way she spoke to me and made it OBVIOUS/ NOTICEABLE that she was frustrated. She passed by my mom and yelled "EXCUSE ME" and another customer in the store even turned and stared because of how loud and how much attitude she said it with. How is that customer service that represents Tory Burch? I don't ever want to come back to this location. Ever. She even kept saying "I don't understand how you got them for that price, did somebody give you a discount or buy these for you! ?" While I had the receipt. And they were the same price in the store.... Online and in store. I think Adrienne couldn't believe the sale price they had in store and online and was mad??? Like make it make sense Adrienne. And thank you for making this experience one that we'll remember when we want to shop Tory Burch. We will 100% stick to shopping online. (-:

I purchased a bag from this store and 4 days later it went on sale. When I went back to get a price adjustment they would not honor it. The receipt clearly stated they offer price adjustment within 14 days of purchase. I will never buy anything again from this store. The manager wouldn't even come out and talk to me. If you want to buy Tory Burch, I highly recommend buying it Nordstrom.

You pay for service and quality here. Hunter is amazing. Not only is he knowledgeable - but kind and helpful - as was the manager whose name I did not catch. You can go anywhere to buy Tory Burch items, like Nordstrom or eBay, but I had a very good experience at the store. I bought some items that I didn't realize were nonrefundable and non-returnable. I went to the store and they were more than willing to work with me. Hunter helped me find something that actually works for me because I was buying a product for something very specific.Highly recommend this location!

Absolutely the best customer service everrr Lauren was absolutely the best !!! She showed me all the styles I was interested in and more!!Even another employee was showing me styles as well!! There not pushy at all!!!! I fell in love with a couple bags the leather is GORGEOUS amazing quality I mean super soft leather!!!! My new favorite store to shop in!!!!! I highly reccomend !!! Ask for Lauren shes the best!!!!

Love the designer product and excited to know the boutique is now in local shopping center BUT was totally creeped out by three employees standing at entrance (hands behind their back) eye balling everyone walking by or entering without a single word, no welcome, no hello just ice cube cold as if "what do you want from me". After shopping around a bit I finally said so ladies what are you doing holding the fort down? And one said Yep just hear keep an eye on things. It was an awkward place to be. Never felt welcomed never approached by anyone ask him to explain the product. I will buy Tory Burch from other shops like Nordstrom, Off Fifth and Macy's who offer great customer service. The entire staff here is totally off! I'm guessing they are not happy.

I'm only giving this store a 5 star review Hunter. He is literally the best sale associate I ever interacted with. As soon as we walked he greeted us. His co-workers paid us no mind. We conversed about what my fiancé liked at Tory. He suggested a pair of Miller sandals. They were perfect and she loved them. The second time my fiancé and I went to the store because a separate pair of Millers were cutting her heel. We bought a pair a of cheap flip flops. We were wondering what was taking so long. Turns out, Hunter places our receipt into a beautiful little envelope and wrapped the box for tissue paper. I will continue to give Hunter my business.

When this store opened in the mall I was super thankful since this is one of wives favorite brands. Every time I've gone in there I'm greeted and helped in making my purchase. Very professional and thanks for always making me look like a great husband when I give my wife her gifts!

To start, I am not one to write negative remarks on Yelp! as I am completely understanding of sales associates having "off days" and/or reeling off a recent tough customer experience.My mother purchased a Tory Burch SLG back in January to hold for Easter Sunday when I was in town next. I love anything that is Saffiano leather in Silver metallic! Well to make a long story very short, the pull on the zipper came off 9 days later.I was in town unexpectedly this past weekend and my mom suggested to take it back to the store to see if they can repair in store and/or exchange it out. Upon arrival and examining JUST THE RECEIPT, the sales associate pretty much looked at us as if we were trying to get something free and passed us off to another associate to assist.Here is the deal: all they had to say was we do not guarantee our product for more than 8 days and everything is final sale. Instead, they made us wait like 20 minutes and the assumed manager kept emphasizing the expected return from repair to be a month. Again, that's all we wanted as we did not want anything for free.Ladies, up until 3 days ago, I was a huge Tory fan. Just from my experience: I will not purchase at the boutique ever again (if Tory at all). I was not feeling the "uppidy" experience and made to feel terrible for asking for a product to be repaired and/or exchanged after 8 days of wear.
