We stopped by looking for an office chair for my husband who is 6'6 and needs a supportive chair. The salesman took his information and said he would look into some options and get back to him. My husband followed up and sent an email with the specs for the chair he has at his office that is comfortable. No follow up suggestions or options came after though, which was disappointing. While we were there they happened to have the Herman Milker chair I had been eyeing on sale for $550 and I bought it - so he got an easy sale- guess that was enough. Not sure I would go back though.

I e-mailed this store this morning at the e-mail address right on their website so I could include a picture of the lateral filing cabinet style I was looking to find/buy used and to see if they had anything like that in stock. No response. What is the point of having your e-mail address on your website if you don't respond to it? No sale. No future business. No more recommendations to friends. (And that includes the office chair I was going to check out when I drove the 80 minutes to the store to look for a filing cabinet as well.) That's a hell of a way to do business, guys. And don't bother responding with some sad story. I'm not taking this review down. Consequences. Deal with it.

I bought a variable height desk and herman miller chair back in October and absolutely love them. Today I had to call Tom because my desk was having issues. I was waiting on a call back, but instead, within a few hours, Jose was at my door and fixed my desk in no time, even gave me a quick tutorial in case I have the same issue again. Thank you!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Their customer service is unmatched!

Connor was very friendly and helpful. Answered all of my questions and provided useful recommendations. Needed a different size and he was willing to add me to a call list even. Super appreciate the customer service.

Tom has excellent customer service!!! His store was actually closed and called and he picked up and said he’d come to the store and let me sit on chairs so I can make a decision. He gave me no pressure and didn’t make me feel like he was pushing any specific product. In fact, he recommended a chair that was cheaper than the one I was specifically looking for. The chairs that I were looking at all looked like they were in excellent condition and his prices were by far better than any that I found online. Definitely recommend Tom’s furniture if you are looking for some high end chairs

Up until around a year or so ago, I had only drove passed this store. It doesn't look like much when you look from the outside in but going in its a lot bigger than it looks. The workers inside are very attending to any questions or concerns you have about anything. Their selection of office chairs are the biggest I have seen ever. They have a nice selection of office desks and meeting tables too which is nice if you are in a pinch for a desk. I recommend this store to anyone even thinking about making some updates to your business or home office.

Great guys to do business with!I bought an office chair from them last week. After a few days of sitting in the chair at home, I noticed two fairly minor issues. Tom took the chair back no questions asked, and swapped me into a new chair. Super appreciative.

I can't tell you how happy I am with this place! I went in earlier today with the intention of buying a new desk chair. I found the chair and a stand up desk. From the second I walked in (I was greeted right away), I knew I was at the right place. The owner and one of his sons were super helpful with helping me find what I needed. I had the the items delivered and I kid you not, they were able to deliver it just under an hour ago! I'm not saying they can always deliver that quick but I am thrilled they did! I will be recommending this place to anyone and everyone who needs office furniture.

I purchased some furniture for a new office furniture from Tom and his team. They were amazing to work with. They went the extra mile delivering the furniture and helping me set up on a Saturday. He bought some of the furniture I didn't need any longer. I highly recommend using them!

I didn't actually end up buying anything here because I had a unique situation and couldn't find exactly what I needed (in fact still haven't since it might not even exist), however I did speak to Tom on the phone and go in to the store and he was EXTREMELY nice and helpful, and there was a good assortment of furniture to browse. So I just wanted to leave this review that even though I didn't buy anything, my experience was excellent.

Inflexible....no exchanges...arrogant...and single sided...take it or leave it attitude..." the terms are printed on the receipt.....you were in twice, sat in the chair.".[so baby you bought it!]..no exchange!...(for me- not discount, but discomfort..a bad $chair DEAL..!)...VERY NICE HOCKEY FANS. BUT WHAT YOU Buy is from a small biz with total independence...No courtesy of true ustomer product satisfaction in purchasing...merchandizing philosophy..

Arriving after 3:30 pm., describing my needs regarding an office chair - simple controls, strong support- to Tom, after testing a varied selection, with Tom's guidance, AND fitted to ME, departed with a chair, rejuvenate to as new as possible, loaded in my van by Tom, before 4PM. Now after 3 days of use, the chair is as perfect for me as could be (Hayworth Zody). Thank you, Tom!
