First time here and they have little claw machines that look like they’re built for kids absolutely rigged . It’s sad that they’re charging kids a dollar to play and the small claw can be around something 100 percent and drop it not just drop it but fully open and close again I understand big claw machines and how those can drop things but this was just horrible my 11 year old watched and and litterally said “ so you can pick it up and the claw just lets it go ? How do they expect you to win “ if I was you I wouldn’t play these at all it’s a waste of money even if you’re dead on center and pick it up it drops right through

Outrageous prices! Specifically on the “SHFiguarts” line of products many of the items were double the price of the same item at target, Walmart, Amazon, and even other small stores! An example is SHFiguarts Chainsaw man which is 64.99 online, and 139.99 here! The store is very nice looking and the employees are very kind, but the prices are downright absurd!

Brand New Store in Meadowood. Super clean. Super awesome. Anime characters, Gundam, piggy banks, and other imported highly sought after Japanese goods. Even saw the flavored KitKats!

It was my first time in here and I honestly loved it! Plushies on every wall, keychains, chopsticks, mugs, pens... all absolutely adorable. Experience-wise, it was really awesome! Customer service-wise? Even better!! The cashier on duty the day I came in was SO sweet. She was really great and matched my own excitement about the purchase, if not more. For more details, she was so excited when I walked up to the counter with this little guy (seen in the photos) and we had a very nice conversation about the little fella. Do I know what it is? Absolutely not, but it was an immediate need as soon as I saw him. I know it might be a little bit "pricey" as others have commented, but all of the products are pretty neat, and you can tell the plushies are high quality so I honestly didn't mind it at all! Not to mention the amazing attitude of the workers! Anyways, you guys should visit this shop!

The employee’s there made my parents and I so uncomfortable??? Nobody was in the shop but the woman kept staring at us and following us in the store. There was another time where the employee was disrespectful during pay. Also, products are so expensive??? $15 for a keychain about the size of your pinkie. Why…And $40 for plushies about the half the size of your arm. Then we have $8-10 for a pen. This doesn’t even deserve a rating.

RACISM!! go to their yelp and there is another review besides mine that states something similar to my experience.i've been here before and the girl with long hair and cute makeup is always very nice to me but i went in this morning and two people, a skinny guy with long hair and highlights and a short girl with short hair and glasses, were there. As soon as I walked in they both stopped talking and started following me and my little brother around. We are poc and this has happened to us too many times to count. Roseville isn't a very poc friendly place but that still doesn't make it okay. I know exactly what it looks like to be targeted because of the way I look like and they definitely were. The guy would follow me and look at me like as if i was stealing and he knew he was in the wrong bc when i would look back at him he would look away. None of the "can i help you with anything" customer service 101 tactics. I asked them why there were following me around and the girl said that it was because they have to and I told her that all the other times i've been here before they haven't followed me around. The only difference is that the other girl that works there was the one running the store. They also did not follow any of the other white people that entered the store. Please train your employees better.
