“Typically very happy with americas tire and their service. But guess i have a little bad luck this week. They didnt have my tires in stock so i had to wait for them to come in. Had to come back another day because the tires came in so late. When i came in for my appointment to actually have my tires done it was a full hour and half before they pulled my car in. Then another hiccup with swollen lug nuts and nearly left missing a valve cap. Didnt leave happy but i got what i needed done and the service was ok. They should really have water for people in the lobby.”

“I recently had a great experience at Goodyear getting a set of 4 new tires for my Jeep. Mike was exceptionally friendly, nice, and provided info in helping me choose the right tires. The only drawback was the wait time, which was approximately 3 hours. Despite that, Mike's service made the overall experience worth reviewing. “Tonight on way to taking daughter to art class, my PSI indicator came on telling me 13 in right rear tire. 5 minutes until close, I call Firestone in desperate need of someone to look at. Thankfully I am less than 1/2 mi away and they said, yes come! Ryan and his tech looked to see if patch but tire was bubbling and large metal object in it. They stayed late past closing (on Valentines night) to get me a new tire. Also, he was honest. I guess a lot of AWD need all 4 replaced but he said my measures were good and I could get by on just 1. Thank you, thank you for getting us home safely. 5+ stars for staying late AND being honest about needs. I have come to this location a lot over the years because I can trust them.”

“It's never going to beat the customer service and nicer items as Costco, but they do have the option of using the Sam's Club app Scan & Go feature. That convenience is mainly the reason I still patronize this bulk store. I usually buy pantry staples like Yakult, organic juices, and kombucha not sold by Costco. Milk is also one staple purchase as they sell in single gallons.The other thing I don't like with Sam's are the receipt checkers who delay the shopper's egress. I get that they're shoplifting deterrents more than anything else, but they need a better system or more staff so the customers can be off to their merry ways quicker.”

The trick is to get the dealers fighting against each other for your business.Bring a few red bulls and tell those guys to kick rocks if they don't give you what you want.
