Great customer service. Super cute clothes, some for every price point too. They have shoes.....jewelry....hair clips....under garments, even skateboards. It's my daughter's favorite store

I ordered a shirt online from Tillys and the wrong shirt came. I then returned the shirt and re-ordered again hoping to get the one I wanted. of course the wrong one came again. The only thing that Tillys custome service offered me was another label to send the shirt back. There was no compensation for their mistakes and the waste of my time having to go to the post office twice. I will never order from Tillys again!

I used to love Tilly's as a teenager, but feel out of place as an adult. I wish the clothes were just normal instead of over the top "trendy". Cheap quality and overpriced just like everything else nowadays. My husband got some pants here that he liked.

Awful place! Employees are rude and ignore everyone. The lady that I asked a question of was super rude and reeked of smoke, I was told by another employee when I asked for the manager that was the highest manager. Wow! Save your time go elsewhere prices too high anyhow.

So I bought two watches from the store just recently and it's been two days so far I went to return one of the watches because I felt it doesn't fit me so as I go back to the store I didn't know that there was no return policy on the watches maybe after like 30 days I understand but from right after you buy it you cannot return it it's kind of BS the watch is completely fine it's still brand new and now I'm out $160 that they are taken away for me instead of giving me any store credit they completely refuse they can resell it and still make the same profit. Idk I feel like this isn't right. It's like saying they don't care for the shit they make after it's out the doors it's done to them. Smh..

Was killing time at Westfield mall, decided to stop in at Tillys.I was greeted as I walked in, it was refreshing to see good customer relations. The inside of the store has lots clothes geared for the younger generation, honestly I felt out of my element inside, wifey however had fund checking out the ladies clothes.

My daughter tried on a pair of shoes she really wanted to wear for her graduation. Problem is they didn't have her size. We proceeded to get in line with the shoes that didn't fit hoping we would get info on another Tillys that carries them and in her size. When we got to the register after waiting in line for 10 minutes, Nona the store manager did not have the patience or the customer service to help find a pair of shoes in a different size at another local Tillys. She informed her employee to tell me we don't have time. Didn't even bother to delegate this responsibility to the other employees standing around the store. Not coming back here and paying a dime to support a store with horrible customer service.

There's two entrances to this tillys. I walked in one entrance and shopped my way to near the second entrance. By the time I got to that area I had some clothes in my hand and some worker went and literally blocked me from the entrance in the most obvious way. I walked back toward the fitting rooms and he followed me back. I'm a returning customer and being treated like that is so annoying when your just trying to shop. Hate to say it's because of my race (black) so I won't, but I just wonder if they'd do the same if I was a white person. It doesn't feel very good when people have obvious suspicions over you when you've done nothing.

The store has everything for the little rebellious skater in all of us. They have skateboards, all kinds of clothing and bathing suits, even watches and sunglasses. Really huge store on a corner lot that wraps around and has a massive area dedicated to shoes. The store is always busy but always well organized. You’re always friendly staff close by to answer questions.
