I called ahead to ask if they do up front pricing and if I can book an appointment, the lady who answered the phone told me to just come in , I show up 20 mins later she told me they booked until the 22nd of April . Couldn’t figure out why she can’t tell me that on the phone before I show up or that they’re full and won’t take anymore clients .

Extremely poor communication. Will not return calls or emails timely. They misrepresented their services. Charged me for it and didn’t deliver! They also made mistakes on filing what they did and ignored my requests for correction. They would not refund my money either and I had to file a claim against them! Save yourselves a headache and go to a more honest place.

Kim was amazing . I went to her for the first time to get my taxes done , I had several years to do. LolShe was very professional, knowledgeable, patient , affordable . She made it very quick and easy. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their taxes done at a very affordable price. She was very professional, knowledgeable, patient , and was very quick and easy I had several years of taxes to do. Was recommended to Kim from a financial investment friend of ours two weeks ago, I know this is the busiest time of year for tax preparers but, Kim put aside time on a weekend to meet with me and my wife, she asked us questions no other tax preparer has ever asked us, We finally feel like we have someone in our corner,someone who really enjoys helping others with her expertise! Both me and my wife are self employed and our paperwork and organization skills are terrible, nothing is organized, Kim is modernizing and computerizing our accounting system so we can do it ourselves, Correctly! She is someone who is willing to take the extra time to dig deep and try and find all the loopholes allowed by law. We are so glad we met Kim and we are 100% confident she will do a fantastic job on our taxes. Besides her knowledge of Tax laws and loopholes she is a wonderful person. The kind of person you could be best friends with. Highly recommended!
