Terrible terrible place to do your lash done!!!! I came in because of the good reviews, but it was nothing like that. I had mine done last week and the lashes just fall off the second day, and because we travelled forThanksgiving I could not come back right away, so I called if they will fix it. She said they would but I have to pay another $80 on top of what I already paid, and charging $70 if I want half refill!!! Its just soooo disappointing cause they cost higher already than other salon but thought that they would do a better job and it was worst. never again.

I love my lashes by Makaela. I don't really get my lashes done because I could never find a place but now I found the place I will be going to every time. Plus staff is so nice.

They told me it would be $99 when I called on the phone but when I checked out, they charged me $25 extra because they said it was with a master. But she knew who she was booking me with when she gave me the quote. I expected them to honor the quote. They said no. It was also painful when she was pulling the tape off. It felt like my eyelashes were being ripped out.

One of the best places I’ve been to for lashes. Beautiful Classic Set and brow lamination. Also love the hours/availability for appointments and prices are very reasonable.

This review is specifically for Hannah. I had a terrible experience initially and gave this place another shot with a different stylist and so happy I did. Hannah is top notch!! She is amazing at the art of eyelash extensions and really listens to her clients expectations. Thank you Hannah for exceeding my expectations!!

I would give zero stars if I could. I dropped my friend off to get her lashes done. She requested a lift and tint. I was so excited for her, but when she came back, her lashes looked the exact same. She paid almost $200 for nothing. I am extremely disappointed in this company and would not recommend to anyone.

This was my first time getting lashes and the experience was wonderful and very informative. I received level 1 hybrid d curl set. Makaela completed the set and the process felt very fast. Highly recommend!

This was my first time getting my lashes done, so I didn't know what to expect, but the ambience and front desk staff put me at ease right away. I got the classic lashes, and I love them!!! The technician did a fantastic job!!

Everyone has been very professional and so nice. From the 1st time I called to the receptionist when I arrived. They were able to see me the nxt day for a new set of lash extensions. I wanted a natural look and she did exactly what I wanted. Very beautiful and natural.

The staff is friendly at every point of contact. The lash extensions have a light and undetectable feel; especially with glasses. I have only seen Lydia, but I sense there is a high salon standard. The lashes changed my everyday life, thank you!
