first time at this location its a nice target, everything is organized and stocked employees look miserable tho lol. When I walked in i overheard a white employee with jet black short hair and bangs give an unnecessary attitude to an elderly woman who politely asked if the self check out was open and she responded with "Yeah! you it's blocked for a reason!" like twice . After I got everything I needed I proceeded to the check out when this elderly black employee with grey hair gave me a weird look ? like a stank eye, idk what that was about . but overall nice organized store sh* employees tho

I like this target a lot, but the employees are really rude. They have no customer service at all. I was with my mom my son picked a toy out that was already open and missing some things. Unfortunately they didn't have another one, he really wanted that toy. I took it to the cashier, and 2 older blonde hair ladies "helped" me. One had really short hair with scary makeup on. She was extremely rude. When I told her the box was open she responded "it's suppose to be open" making me feel dumb and not heard. I told her if she can apply a discount, she called her other coworker. No care, no discount. They didn't give one ounce of respect. They kept going back and fourth. Not being professional at all. Pls step up your customer service and be nice!!!!

Worst customer service in my life from an employee named ELL. Seriously she should never work in customer service ever again. She got upset and gave me attitude for adding an iPad to my iPhone case purchase. She couldn't even tell me what the model of the iPad was and got frustrated I even asked. I still bought the iPad even though I was seriously angered by the way she was handling the whole experience. I'm very sorry I had to burden her with my purchase that took 5 minutes out of her day! Target should really reevaluate who they hire!

I went in to look at the sports cards and was yelled at loudly for no reason and the guy forced me to get out and he was not a target worker then felt good about himself cheering after never coming back.

I ordered a tall mocha & it was very strong. Tasted terrible I asked if it had 2 shots of expresso. They did & had to make it again. Found out i was chartered for 2 shots from the person at the register.

What happened to Target!?!? This store is nothing like it used to be, not in a good way. The makeup and hair care sections have looked like they were being reorganized for six months now. Product is never there, even when it says it is on the app. Just a mess of a store now.

Been going to this target for years always has great customer service and is mostly clean. The app is accurate and the order pickups always come fast. My son loves talking to Cobe up front about video games, very nice young man. My only gripe has to be people out in the parking lot. There's always homeless and people trying to sell me stuff, other than that it's a really nice store would recommend this location.

1:00 8/30/23 I ordered a tall GRTL extra hot with no foam. My drink came out half foam. I told the barista and she said you can't make these without foaming. I have had one to two of these every day for 15 years and i make them at home. I am well aware that they froth but you hold back the froth. She took out one little scoop and asked if that was good? I replied No please take the foam out and add the rest of the green tea milk frothed in the frother. She got annoyed and said she would just make another one. She asked if I don't want it frothed. I told her I do want it frothed I just want the froth held back. It is not a latte without it being frothed. There is a huge difference. The other thing is that she put two scoops of green tea instead of the traditional 3. I asked if she could add another? She said yes but that I should ask when I order it. I don't know if Target cheaps out on green tea matcha but it clearly states when you order a tall that it is 3 scoops at all Starbucks. The funny thing is she started this whole unpleasant conversation about why she couldn't make it like I requested and guess what? The second one was just like I asked for it. The baristas don't need to make excuses and people uncomfortable if they make it wrong the first time. Some Baristas just make a mistake a day, " I am so sorry. Let me make you another one." Done. We are all happy. It was not a pleasant experience. I don't like to make trouble but she didn't make it like I clearly ordered then she had attitude and excuses. The other gal working with her kept giving me a nice " I'm sorry" look. I wish she had made my drink from the start.

Not the security guards rushing to the entrance and exit thinking I was going to steal when I was just going to get a basket to put all my things on there get a life - and focus on the people who are actually stealing.

This Target used to be by favorite store but lately is has gone down hill and I refuse to shop here anymore. The store is a mess and is always understocked. The crowd of people who shop here look like they are homeless. There are also people loitering in the parking lot try to sell fruit, others are trying to get you to sign a petition, beggars with signs sitting on the curbs and people playing music for money. What are the Target security guards doing about this but standing inside the door?? NOTHING! I no longer feel safe shopping here. Roseville isn't the place it used to be and it's REALLY sad. This is not the Bay Area that most of us escaped from. Can Roseville Police do something before this part of California is also ruined.

This one is the nearest one to us. Parking is almost always easy here and everything is pretty on point for cleanliness. Almost always well stocked. Bathrooms can use some touch up now and then. Self checkout is smaller but is pretty open most of the time. Good store to have nearby

Target needs to put their gift cards behind the registers! We are still trying to get our money back on a visa gift card we bought at Christmas! When the kids went to use it, it had a 0 balance! Called the number on the card and they said that money was taken at target! Employee, maybe! But there's definitely a scam going on with the gift cards! People, please be aware of this gift card scam at Target.

I've just Moved into the area and wanted to check out this target. While at self checkout on Tuesday 24th Cynthia lingered during my entire transaction... prior to walking to self checkout I watched her walk around and interact with the machines, checking to endure they were in the proper condition after customers leave and appointing customers to the next available ones leaving them to check out in peace .... When it came to my turn she just stood there watching me scan my items.... This I wasn't aware was the protocol since as stated before she just helped ppl to the available ones and allowed them to peacefully checkout without her presence.. it got awkward having someone eyeball me the entire time... however after I finished my transactions she was back to check the machines and appointing ppl to then available ones... Cynthia please work on your professionalism The over all store was very well organized and well stocked.. I'll be back to this location but not if Cynthia is on her funny business again. I'll try going to an actual register where the cashier is dedicated to assisting the customers in front of them and no having someone like Cynthia linger just during particular peoples transactions .

I hate this target it's always a disaster and they never answer the phone. I went to get a drive up order and I sat in the parking lot for over an hour and a half after the time they said they would have it ready by.
