Perfect service from this girl called Julie I was having such a hard time to find some jewelry but that girl was helping me she was so nice, kind and she was so patient with me that was so accommodating. Personally she should get a raise or be the manager lol. Felt nice getting out the store with something to buy. I will definitely go back and buy some more!!

I visited this location in Roseville about twice in this past month and I just wanted to give a shout out to the lady working there January 16th at around 6pm she was amazing with helping me find what I was looking for if she’s already not the manager she definitely should be… her customer service is amazing and I absolutely love all that she did for me during the purchases I made. ❤️

Terrible customer service. I was just in the store for about 15 mins and this older lady didn’t even ask if I need any help. Instead she’s trying to say that she will be closed for about 10 mins. As I was leaving, sarcastically I would say “thanks for your help” and she said “your welcome” being so rude. This is the second time this happened to me from this same lady. Someone need to teach her good customer service skills or else she needs to be fired!

Most disgusting statement I had ever heard. As the only customer in the store, she had the audacity to talk about customers with a random friend from another retail who dropped in to give her samples. Take care of your damn customer first. They were talking about how customers (people) here in Roseville have all the time in their life to come in and RETURN ITEMS. That it doesn't happen in other city especially SF. People in SF just don't have the time to go and Return things. They just keep it. Excuse me, if customer have a change of mind, YES they have the right to return. That's the store policy. Then she had the nerve to ask me "was there anything wrong with the item" I am returning. I just don't want it anymore, is that OK? Store is always closed random hours. Bad customer services. I have been here many times and is a Club Member. This is why I shop online now. Don't have to deal with their rude customer service.

I brought in an annual crystal snowflake ornament for repair because it had come unglued right through the middle. When we received it "repaired," the two halves didn't line up, they had glued it together completely crooked! This was NOT a warranty repair, and I could have glued it myself, but figured Swarovski would do a better job. Now, I can't even fix it myself. The lady at the store just said "That's as good as it gets" and "we'll just deem it unrepairable." We're beyond pissed!! We mentioned we were done buying anything Swarovski (we buy at least one every year) to which she just replied, "that's fine." Really!? Unbelievable lack of customer service. They treat their customers like absolute crap after buying expensive pieces. Look at all the other one star reviews that populate their entire Yelp listing, and steer clear of that store. We called the main Swarovski customer service number and we're hopeful that they'll be able to properly fix or replace the item.

I visited the Swarovski store at the Roseville galleria on November 6, 2021 around 5-6 pm. I found exactly what I was looking for and everything was fine with my purchase except the customer service. The lady that was there didn’t greet us when we came in and did her best to ignore us. Every question we asked was short and with a tone. She definitely acted like she was royalty or something. When she finally checked us out she did not thanked us for the purchase or anything. She handed us the bag and seemed extremely bothered by our presence. By far this has been one of the worst customer service that I have experienced at one of your stores. I hope my review helps you to fix the lack of customer service or may be for people to find somewhere else to shop.

I would never shop at this store again. It was my first and last time. My boyfriend went to go get a ring. Before he got the ring he asked the guy if the ring won't change color. The guy said the ring is perfectly good and that even in water the color won't change. I went in today because they color started to change from sliver to pink in the bottom. I asked why this happen they blame it on me and said you put it in water and it's damage and that they can't do anything about it. But when we got the ring the guy told us something els. If he would have said keep it away from water I would. I love the ring but the fact the color change only wearing it for 2 weeks is really upsetting. Then I went and I got blamed for it. The manger Veronica wasn't helpful at all. All she did was blame me. I would give this store a 0 start if I could. Really disappointed with their service and how they treated me as their customer.

They won't let you try on the jewelry. I wanted to buy a pair of earrings but holding them up to your ears is too hard to see how they'll look on. Sales person said they didn't want to keep disinfecting them all day.

The one star is for customer service, not the products. Although I was the only customer in the store the employee acted like I wasn't there and like I was too poor to help. She stayed behind the register the whole time and when I asked if I could place an order in-store she replied with "I don't know." I walked right out and ordered myself. Awful.
