Unfortunately, they don’t know how to keep an appointment. They know how to book one, but never seem to be ready for you at your scheduled time. Might as well go back to ‘walk-in’ only service, since appointment aren’t kept or honored. If they were still charging $9 or $12 bucks for a cut, I wouldn’t mind, but it’s $30 for a simple cut now! Guess I’m expecting more for my money.

Always the best. In fact what brings me back is the added value of the hot towel at the end of the cut. Only the Supercuts visitors know what I am referring to.

I have gotten serviced by Eibet and she has done a fabulous job. Also the cleanliness of the building and the professionalism of the staff is another plus. I will never go somewhere else. I highly recommend getting serviced by Eibet. You won’t regret it.

Took them 7 mins to do my haircut. Didn’t do fade in properly. Felt like a drive-thru haircut.

Poor service. Terrible hair cut. Unwelcoming hairdresser. I would never go there again. The hairdresser even did not blow air to remove the loose cut hair and I had hair all over my ears walking out.

Checked in online for a 9am appointment and arrived 5 mins BEFORE STORE OPENED, but pretty disappointing in Katy/Caitlan who opted to take a gentleman ahead of me WHO DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!!! SUPER WEAK SAUCE! Thank goodness for the other stylist's kindness and great service , otherwise I would have given this experience a zero (1 star).

I am so very please with the outcome of my hair! CJ listened to exactly what I wanted and has a great attention to detail! I have extremely thick curly hair which is not easy to work with. I'm looking forward to getting my hair done more frequently now that I have found someone in this area to do my hair!

CJ is the best! She understood what I wanted and surpassed my expectations. I came in with hair that hasn't been cut in over a year with box hair dye on my ends from maybe 2 years ago. She did a fantastic job with my hair and giving a perfect look for summer. I will be back every 6-8 weeks.

Not taking my kids here again. Felt so unwelcome in this supercuts location. Like I swear never seen someone so unhappy working in a service industry. No welcome no hello no smile. Nothing! How rude!

Poor customer service! Extremely incompetent at cutting hair! My "stylist" had no idea what he was doing. Batteries were running out on his trimmer and he did a terrible job blending! They also try to up sell you on everything. Would NOT recommend! ?Service: Haircut

I don’t even want to give one star, but I don’t have an option to I do not come to waste my money, and customer service was horrible. She did not treat us like other customers I was setting and there was to another customer came. She was very nice giving lollipop to the kids after she's finishing when my turn, she didn't even say hi or hello to my kids and I ask her to do zero number and straight up and she said no that's not gonna look good even I show the picture I did it last time and she said OK I will do it will charge you $28 it's only $23 for a haircut but she charge us $28 for messing up Hair my five year old son, but still it was not what I ask and I just waste my money, and even my son was not happy. she did not treat nicely I do not recommend it to go there to waste you money ?

Horrible Experience. Had appointment through online booking for 6:40pm yesterday. I arrived at 6:41, yep I drove as fast as I could from Lincoln to get here because all of their shops were closed. I had been on the road the whole day and needed a haircut because the next day, today, I had a big meeting at the office. I arrived and the door was locked. As I was checking my phone to see if I had the right place, a young women opened the door and just stared at me. I asked “don’t you all close at 7”, wondering if the website just got it wrong but also noticing a second sign on the door saying new hours, open til 7pm. She said “yes, but we take the last client at 6:40”. I said, “oh, I am your 6:40”. She stared at me for maybe 3-5 seconds, didn’t say a word, and then opened the door to let me in. She turned back on the lights angrily, which is when I realized she was trying to get out early. I apologized, she said nothing. When she cut my hair she was dead quiet and aggressive with the buzzer. She trimmed the top with clippers long on one side and short on the other. I politely asked, “It looks a bit longer on this side, no?” and she ignored me. In the end she asked if she could fix anything and tried to fake being nice when I pointed out the issue. She only fixed the front. As I sat there I noticed her station said manager. I couldn’t understand how she was the manager. Look I know I came in 20 minutes before closing, it was scheduled. I know I was a minute late. I can’t believe that’s what I get. I was clearly punished for because she would not get off early. I have never run a Salon, but when I was younger I was a general manager for three different restaurants over a 10 year career in that industry. I am currently a Service Supervisor for one of the largest American apparel companies in the US. When I ran restaurants, I would never let any employee lock the door early. I actually had a rule that it had to stay unlocked for 5 minutes past the close. Now I know not everyone wants or cares about that extra sale like I did, but seriously to close the door 20 minutes early and then royally mess your customers hair up due to an aggressive attitude and fit (it was obvious), that constitutes one of the worst experiences in my life. Don’t get me wrong, I have had a bad haircut, but mostly when that happens, it’s innocent or negligence. This was the worst because the way this hairdresser or manager acted made it clear she would not being doing a good job. Anyone willing to entertain that level of responsibility in an employee would be inviting red margins into their business, giving it a room, making its bed up, and getting the red margins nice and cozy. Good luck Supercuts, my comment here is the least of your issues. I attached a picture so you can see the lovely lopsided $35 haircut.Service: Haircut
