I’ve passed by this place dozens of times in the last 6 months and always meant to stop in. Wow, I’m so glad I finally did! This will definitely be my new “go to” place for supplements and herbal remedies and anything else health specialty related.
I had no idea we have SUCH a great store in this area with one of the most diverse arrays of vitamins, minerals and supplement options etc. The number of options and the quality of brands far surpasses what I have seen in most health food stores throughout the U.S. If you’re looking for something unique/specific, it’s likely they carry it. I’m just sorry I didn’t find this place sooner. The prices are also quite reasonable which was a nice surprise.
Parking can be tricky in this small shopping center but it’s worth the wait — or just go midweek when there are less crowds in general.

Had a decent selection of the herbs we were looking for. The customer service was less than savory. Spoke with 2 seperate employees 1 was agressive and put out and the other acted like she had a million other things to do besides help find something. Will stick to our local health food store where customer service is top notch.

Purchased Magnesium Threonate and it smelled like ammonia. I did not save my receipt because I've never had an issue before. Save your receipt folks. They won't exchange even if you bring in the card you used to make the purchase. Lost my business over a $35. purchase I was simply trying to make an exchange for. Poor customer service. I'd rather give my business to a small local business but not if they're going treat me like they did today. It's too bad. I've been a customer for years and disappointing for sure.

Good options, WAY too expensive! I miss the natural food stores of Santa Cruz. You get a taste of that here, but at twice the price and small selection. More like a natural foods convenience store.

I stumbled upon this place. It reminded me of a mini co-op. You can find some gems here. I found Sunny Bears (SunRidge Farms) at a super cheap price. I also found a few pre-packed sandwiches, salads, and wraps that my Whole Foods doesn't carry.

I purchased this cultured kitchen coconut yogurt. I ate a little , put it in the fridge. Ate a little more the next day. Unfortunately I didn’t notice the mold on the inner lid. I notified the store. I didn’t keep the receipt. The response received from management was I needed to bring it in and if there’s mold they will exchange for the same product. I declined. I’m unwilling to trust this product. I refused to spend anymore of my time over $10.00 and assured the store I will share with the public to be fair to the consumers. Keep your receipts and check the food thoroughly when it’s in their refrigerator.

Sadly my last experience here wasn't ideal which is unfortunate since previous ones have been much nicer for the most part. It's mostly two males I've had negative experiences with but on my last one it was an older female as well. The employees I had a negative experience with on my last visit had to make an effort to pull themselves away from chatting with each other to help me with my search it seemed every time I needed help and with the female it's like her focus was on her job and not actually being helpful personally. It was to the point where I had to ask them if they worked there before I could ask for help.
The register employees have always been friendly to me from my recollection. I appreciate that, sad to give low stars for the others behavior even though theirs is kind, professional and helpful.

Extremely helpful staff, and fully stocked with every supplement you can imagine, usually with multiple options available. There's also a complete food section. What a wonderful place.
