ORIGINAL: Access hours are not great, wish it would be extended to at least 8PM, most of the other storage units in the area close at 10PM…

Very friendly staff, safe secure location. Very inexpensive storage in the Roseville area. Gates lock at 6:45pm make sure you are out of premises before that or you risk getting locked in

Just got a storage unit here. Can’t compare to the last place I had a unit a couple years ago. Totally affordable! Very clean, quiet and safely tucked in a cul-de-sac. Extremely friendly staff and their work ethic is admirable. Recommend 10/10.

Clean, safe , secure. Staff is friendly. Have used the storage unit place several times over the past 10 years and the experience has been nothing but positive. As a business owner I would highly recommend this facility to keep your item secure.

So all I'm going to say is that I was there for about two years and I am so freaking glad I'm gone. Even when I was closing my storage unit I was harassed and said they were going to stab me when I made a easy friendly joke about having one of their chips that was on the desk. If you like to be harassed and treated like a b**** then move into sunrise and Cirby self storage by all means. Here's a positive thing about the facility...They have a bathroom that is sometimes not out of order.Here's a list of negative things about the facility.The two witches that are miserable that run the place.The narcissistic talk did they do to you when you have a question or a concern about your storage unit.Their key code gate is not car friendly you have to get out of your car to get the code in to have the gate open so prepare to leave your car twice, it's not a big deal for me but it is a big deal when every other place has one up to your car window.They don't have online way of paying. In fact they're not online at all.They send harassing mail reminding you that you can't stay there after 645 or you're locked inside and you have to call the police because they're not gonna do anything to let you out in their words.The storage units get hot so you're going to be a sweaty hot mess just going in for a few minutes.Oh and your stuff may melt (no joke) (I had plastic tubs melt damage) if they're upstairs, no fans no air-conditioning.In conclusion I just like to say, I have nothing nice to say about this miserable place. There's one close down the street called public storage, I never went there but I would definitely try that one instead of this godforsaken miserable s*** hole.

Not a fancy storage facility, but my unit was clean and the staff were amazing. Have not had any problems thus far.
