Yikes, I just left this store in search of a women’s jersey. Man on man, never in my life have I received such poor customer service. I walk in, not one person greets me. I ask a gentlemen who is in the process of taking jerseys out of a box and hanging them. I politely ask him if he has any large women’s jerseys. He pauses and says yes and his back to hanging the jerseys. I wait another five minutes and I ask him where they are. He pauses and looks at me and says they’re in the bottom of this box, and he continues to slowly put each one on the hanger and hang them up as I sit there in my scooter because I have a broken ankle waiting for him. After about another 5 minutes I left. These types of people should not woke in retail if they do not have any common sense or decency. Ridiculous!

This store is AWFUL They run this scam every Christmas If you buy an item and it has any sale price on it you can't return it. Bought this hat for my son and he had it so we went in with our receipt within 14 days and they said no returns. They give every item a sale price then increase all items after Christmas so if you return it you have to spend more money to get your item exchanged. The fat guy with the beard was trying to fight me over it.

Bought a hat 2 days before Xmas. My son lives out of state and already had the hat. Would not allow exchange with a valid receipt only 14 days after purchase. We were upset about policy and employee got aggressive and followed us out the store! All jerseys and sales are final! This store should be put out of business. Overpriced and scamming customers.

Do not go to the store!! You are better off buying off fanatics. We bought a jersey as a gift, they did not say anything about jerseys are non refundable they told us if we wanted to return it we just couldn't wear it we couldn't have any sort of scent on it and that we had 15 days to return it. The person already had that jersey so went to return it less than a week later, just to be told jerseys are non refundable and it's at the bottom of the receipt. Shouldn't that have been said before the purchase was even made?

This crappy little store just scammed me. dude hands me a hat from behind the counter , clearly labeled $37.99 and correct product name (see pic). Worker charged me $42.99. Asked him to refund difference, he asked the supervisor, supervisor shrugged his shoulders and said "our bad we forgot to change the stickers" so I said "what does that mean?" His response "our bad, you can return it" I understand it's only $5 but wtf. Shady a** sports fever
