Brad and the Smog King Team at Gallieleee Rd Roseville location ensure you are treated with respect. The service was completed in under the time they estimated time supplied at my arrival. Quality service always with our 3 cars and even to family/friends using this location and returning due to Brad's positive guidance, and old school friendly communication. Listening to he and the team they were clear and caring to us and even other customers from preinspection to payment and well wishes for the day. They went above and beyond ensuring we had enough miles on vehicle to reset the computer settings after our 1997 Corvette was serviced so we didn't have to wait around to hear it couldn't be tested and would need to be brought back after driving 50+ miles to reeducate the computer after battery being disconnected. We passed with flying colors and were given clear guidance regarding CA smog going into DMV.

Long wait with an appt. Their prices are way too high $129.75 for a 1989 pickup.
New addition to my review! I read your response calling me Karen and stating I said I went to 5 other shops which is untrue. I went to one other shop which was waiting for the machine that could do my old truck. Perhaps you have me confused with another customer.

Would post 0 stars if I could, for the price they charge you shouldn’t have to wait HOURS. Better off spending that much money somewhere else. Service was awful!

In and out in a flash. Greeted with a "good morning" and a smile. Given very extensive recap of what was done and how DMV is notified and multiple ways that I could pay my DMV fees. GREAT BUSINESS!!!!

Jett was very professional and helpful. We had failed 2wice. Didn't know we had to reset the new O2 sensors. Then we finally passed.
